Please fix the coupon scanner on the POS.
I absolutely hate having to go inside everytime to get my coupons to apply. I am already going out of the way for the bbq I like I don't want to have to go inside and wait for CS to fix the ticket and get a refund everytime.

This was my first time eating at one of these and from the road I thought it was an actual restaurant I can sit in to eat. Turns out it's a order either at the kiosks or online, then pick up your food to eat elsewhere. They do have a little patio area with a few tables, see my pictures, but the day I went it was 100° so no. Kiosk experience was not great as I tried five times with two different credit cards but the chip reader on the kiosk would not work. So the only...
