First time customer and the service was terrible. My kids and I waited 4-5 minutes before I knocked on the window. Three people were working and could clearly see us. I asked if this is where we order and added it was our first time here. In a very flat tone, she answered “yes, I’ll be back.” That took another 2-3 minutes. No: sorry for the wait, welcome, thank you for your patience. The service definitely soured our experience. Silver lining is they enjoyed the sno-cones…
My kiddos and I visited our favorite sno-cone spot today- WEEKLEY'S!!! They have the best ice (iykyk) and the customer service is beyond EXCELLENT! We had strawberry and mango with sprinkles this time. Thanks, Lindsey and Madison; they definitely hit the spot!!!
I came in yesterday and it was super busy! I asked the girl at the window for her name just because I’ve never had such great quality service, Charis was so sweet and patient! very rare for that situation, will definitely be coming back.
