Walked in and the workers were sitting at a booth watching TikTok. I walked to the counter and they went behind the counter and went to the back of the kitchen. The young lady that was there kept peeking out almost as if to check if we were still there. After about 5 mins of that we left. Only customer there and they hid from me. I see why these ratings are the way they are..

Fries were reheated and dried out. Half of the lettuce in salad was brown. Chicken was not good. Only positive was they gave me a lot of ice in my tea! I have stopped at the Manvel Wendy's numerous times and food is always disappointing (same for the Alvin Wendy's).

Fast food places need to get it together. When your paying over $25 for two burger combos you should be getting hot fresh fries and a burger that is put together half right. My experience wasn't very good at all.

If I could put 0 stars i would! Drive thru was empty, and they still made us drive back around, to add a 10 piece nugget. Did all that for the nuggets to be hours old and hard as rocks. Plus the other few things we ordered were wrong!

You really outdid yourself. The combo I ordered came with a side of attitude from the staff, and the aroma of unclean restrooms. The food here literally sent me to the ER. Manvel’s food poisoning Olympics. I'm pretty sure the Frosty's machine is just a fancy cleaning solution dispenser, because that's exactly what it tastes like. Kudos on the creative sanitation methods – I'm impressed you managed to poison me without even trying! ! 🤣

Christmas Eve I call and ask them when they close they say 8 PM… I make an order at around 7 PM and then show up at 7:28 PM. The rude lady informs me that yes they close at eight but their workers shut down at 7:25 pm. She was extremely rude and I will never go to this pathetic Wendy’s ever again

Im editing the review I wrote some time ago. This place is under new management....what a world of difference this makes. He is a very nice man and wants to change the reputation he inherited. You may want to give it another try!! My old review is below: Always a wait no matter the time of day or how busy it might be. But the worse thing is being served by boys with their underwear showing. Not cool and definitely not sanitary.
