Christmas Eve I call and ask them when they close they say 8 PM… I make an order at around 7 PM and then show up at 7:28 PM. The rude lady informs me that yes they close at eight but their workers shut down at 7:25 pm. She was extremely rude and I will never go to this pathetic Wendy’s ever again
Im editing the review I wrote some time ago. This place is under new management....what a world of difference this makes. He is a very nice man and wants to change the reputation he inherited. You may want to give it another try!!

Always a wait no matter the time of day or how busy it might be. But the worse thing is being served by boys with their underwear showing. Not cool and definitely not sanitary.

Whatever you want to order, they won't have it. Ordered online for pick up? Too bad. You aren't getting it or a refund. Avoid this one.

Employees have bad attitudes, entered the establishment stood long enough to figure out an order and when i approached the counter i was told the lobby was closed and that i had to go to the drive through. No reason as to why and the fact the the doors were unlocked and i stood for almost twn minutes before being told the lobby was closed is a joke. Not like they are understaffed you got people on their phones and arguing with customers. I wont be surprised if its shut down before too long.

This is the worst Wendy’s in the greater Houston area. Food is always always old and cold. And they do not care about serving you a burger from yesterday. The employees there do whatever they want to. And it’s always nasty and dirty . Flies everywhere. Do not eat at this location!!

Wi-Fi been down for days and it’s rude for staff to think that customers would or should know what their problems are or what they have control over in their own store. Card readers and headphones are operational. Customers just dine in for the food and Wi-Fi connectivity. Sometimes it’s the only time and place to catch up on shows but hey I’ll just go elsewhere with my money and time and not so sensitive staff when asked questions…lol sounds like some people wants problems out here. I just don’t get where this staff gets off on kicking people off their Wi-Fi. Very unprofessional environment. This place needs and actual adult to run this store not kids.

I can't tell you how frustrating this trend has become. I did NOT order food here, let me tell you why. As a whole I like Wendy's. It was a little late for food, especially fast food, at 8pm however I was kinda craving some trash 🐼 munchies. This is a new store inside a local convenience store. I was asked, at the drive through, to please wait a moment. No worries I needed to look at the 'value' menu. While I understand the .99¢ menu is a thing of the past the pricing for garbage food(yes it's tasty and no it's not good for you) is out of hand. $2.99 for a jr. deluxe cheeseburger and $3.99 for a jr bacon cheeseburger?! You have to absolutely kidding! The new Krabby Patty Kollab meal is over $11 which is basically a Dave's single with special sauce a medium frie and a pineapple frosty....if people don't stop paying these absurd prices they'll just keep increasing them. Needless to say I drove home without the fast food I didn't really need to begin with, so thanks Wendy's for making it easy to make good food choices. I won't be back.

Arrived about 445to get some lunch. Food was cold. Nuggets were old fries were semi warm. Threw away the food and let counter know. They seemed not to care. Called the facility and spoke to a manager named Corey and advised him about the situation and he replied next time don't throw it away. Rude customer service. This facility needs trained management. Wendy's employee should not treat customers this way. So warning to all who visit this facility.

Went there for the krabby patty meal, service was bad, white blonde guy who gave us our food thrust it at us and mumbled something under his breath, they forgot straws napkins and my receipt, awful!

Ordered a Biggie bag at drive thru for my daughter. When i received my food didn’t get my receipt. I asked the black guy with locks who brought my food outside. He got mad looking crazy with an attitude! Drove down the road and noticed the wrong burger in the bag. Brought the burger back nobody wanted to help. Two black sitting across the seats legs on top of tables like they own the place. Neither one tried to help until I got their attention. One of them didn’t even look up he was the same guy who brought the food out. The other guy decided to help. Another employee in the kitchen was eating on the clock. I don’t who the manager was on duty but they need to be wrote up. Everyone on the clock looked like they didn’t want to be at work. Now i can see why this restaurant has a 2 star rating. Lazy workers go find another job. This is a place of business not your mom’s place!!!!!

Food was all old , they didn’t give me all my food so I went back in , employed had attitudes looked like they didn’t want to be there were rude I walked up to counter and was told “what” , dude cooking fry’s had his pants sagging so low his whole but was out same with the guy who was at the counter cook was standing there with a mad look because they told him to make a burger and continued to stand there for 5 minutes on his phone before getting me my burger , then gave me the wrong burger completely
