The slowest drive through ever. My order was a hamburger, small fries and small soda. Took about 30 minutes to hand me my order, no exaggeration. Unbelievable

The week I opened, it was very nice. However, I have noticed that the drive-thru orders take quite a bit of time and was a tad bit frustrating. Now as of yesterday, both of the drive thru microphones weren’t working, I had said “hello” several times without a response. I got impatient and went to the window to let them know that it isn’t working, I seen two people look at me, did not bother to open the window or anything, just stare. Afterwards, I went in to order but one of their employees were taking a long time ordering, while another employee said they were out of bacon. I was honestly upset how they ran the business inside and outside, I walked out of the place and went to another restaurant that was more professional.
I would’ve have gave it one star but there was only one employee that made sure I got my orders on time each visit.

40 min for a burger and fries during non-peak hours. Never more than 2 customers at the counter while I waited. Place full of employees doing absolutely nothing.
Also, what is the deal with Whataburger online orders? They don’t make them until you get there? What’s the point then? I placed an online order for one burger and fries 15 min before arriving. Immediately spoke to someone at the register to ask for my order which I assumed would be waiting for me. Then waited 25 min in the store. (P.S. love how the mobile app says “ready in 3-7 minutes” lol)

I’ve given this Whataburger multiple chances, but each time I’m left disappointed. The wait time in the drive-thru is ridiculous – sometimes upwards of 20-30 minutes, even when there aren’t many cars. And by the time I finally get my order, the food is cold, which is incredibly frustrating. I expect Whataburger quality, but this location is consistently failing to deliver. I hope they improve their efficiency because right now, it’s just not worth it.

I was so excited to see a whataburger coming to manvel but less then a month in and the place is disgusting, food is not fresh and wait times are ridiculous, and can't forget the way we see management treat the employees. Hopefully they get it together soon

11/8/24 lunch was good. No problems. Wasn't a bad experience twice now 10/29/24 Breakfast was good this morning. I have zero complaints. Still not a bad experience.
