When I walked in 5 people were waiting for their food. No one was there to take my order....the drive thru was around the building, some came from the drive thru to go inside and still had to wait. I ask for the manager but shift supervisor (Isabella) came instead, which resulted with me not placing an order). I don't know if George Davilla is the manager or not but THE WHOLE CREW MANAGERS AND SHIFT SUPERVISORS NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😡🤬

So I normally buy from this whataburger since it's opened. When it first opened it was great the food came out great. But for some reason since the new year started, our meals have been having issues. For instance today(fed.10) my husband brought home lunch, him his sweet and spicy burger, and my spicy chicken sandwich. When I grabbed mine out I noticed mustard smudges on the wrapper.(my sandwich does not come with mustard nor do I order it. I open my sandwich there's mustard smudges on the top of my burger, inside the wrapper, and in the mayo smudges of mustard and on my lettuce. And this is not the only time something had happened. I should have taken a picture before just wiping it off and eating, but I figured I'd still do a report since it's happened not once, but multiple times.

I went in for dine in today around 1 pm , I was greeted by a nice young lady at the counter and my order was taken right away and repeated to me which I really appreciated, I visit this location often and I did notice the lobby was really busy which delayed my order by a good 10 mins than it normally took , the workers were working hard to maintain the lobby which was refreshing to see, due to the amount of people inside. I could see some people get frustrated with the wait time but I personally was pleased with all the employees that helped me today , for sure my go to Whataburger , I can see they are trying to step up.

Great manager at this location! Much more respect for this location than the other nearby. Lady in charge there cusses at customers and staff. Won't be going to that one again. This one, great!

I visit this location on Tuesday February 3. I came to this location and the guy that took my order rushed me the entire time. Horrible customer service.
Slow. The drive thru was wrapped around the parking lot so we went inside thinking it would be faster. We were greeted (I don’t even think you can call it that) by a cashier who clearly doesn’t want to be working. Chemical smell that is so strong. Makes sense because there is a worker going around cleaning the same tables for the third and fourth time… clearly avoiding the long line of customers. Management is non existent. Needs some serious improvement. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

This is one of the worst Whataburgers in the Houston area, the service is slow, the quality is horrible. No pride whatsoever in the product they produce or the company they work for. I've gone twice to my detriment, never again.
