These people have no respect for paying customers or the quality of food being pushed out. They make you wait for long periods of time just for your food to be cold and drenched in oil. The manger rather argue than have his employees fix the food the correct way the first time.

Idk what is so different about this restaurant than the other whataburger restaurants, but it has an insane wait. If you want “fast food” do not come here, it takes forever for you to get your order and more than half the time, your fries comes out cold. Do not recommend , just make the extra drive to pearland .

Came by yesterday and waited an hour for my order after waiting in line for ANOTHER hour just to find six of these nauseating fries in my meal. It was a busy day for them but that is not excuse to treat your customers in the same way that makes you lose them. Mind you I also found a piece of hair inside the chicken strips. I will not be buying from this Whataburger again! Extremely displeased with the food quality overall..

After ordering online I arrived to the location about 3 minutes later, gave the cashier my name for the online order and waited over 15 minutes for the order, although I requested it be ready asap (4-6 minutes) once I received my order this is what I found, very withered lettuce, the tomato was deteriorating and the chicken patty well as you can see was not fresh, no crispiness to it what so ever. The rootbeer was flat, on the positive side the onion rings were made fresh and the napkins and ketchup were in the bag! You guys have to do better! Your customers come for the quality of the food and the service. Not this!

Food was cold and had to wait
Terrible experience. We were told to pull up and wait, and ended up sitting for 40 minutes before going inside. Our food was just sitting there the whole time, cold, while the drive-thru employees were on their phones and not paying attention. The cashier inside apologized, but it’s clear this location needs better management and staff accountability. And I’m not usually the type to complain but it’s ridiculous.
