I went in for dine in today around 1 pm , I was greeted by a nice young lady at the counter and my order was taken right away and repeated to me which I really appreciated, I visit this location often and I did notice the lobby was really busy which delayed my order by a good 10 mins than it normally took , the workers were working hard to maintain the lobby which was refreshing to see, due to the amount of people inside. I could see some people get frustrated with the wait time...
Great manager at this location! Much more respect for this location than the other nearby. Lady in charge there cusses at customers and staff. Won't be going to that one again. This one, great!
I am a very happy whataburger of the Manvel location. Hispanic manager at this location is a super hard worker. He attends to orders takes orders and put out orders all while maintaining a positive attitude. I give this Whataburger a 10 out of 10.
