I have came to the store many times before enough noticed a constant pattern with the afternoon team. I have recently paid attention to the new AI system that they have and when you walk in, you’re able to see how many orders they have on the screen When I walked in the screen had about seven orders, and the cashiers said it was a 45 to an hour wait time. According to Wingstop in Alvin, your new AI system should be helping you have chicken Down at all times cooking so you have chicken up on time. Today I came in as a walk-in and it took them almost 30 minutes to take out my food

manager here is really bad.Tamra is so unprofessional as a manager she should be working with her team In the mornings not just sitting down in the lobby on her phone. the workers look like they are over worked or really don't want to be there.

Hiring manager needs to clean out their current lazy staff. We arrived to eat on site, it was 4 of us, the restaurant was empty. Immediately the girl in the front says it’s going to be 45 min wait. Then one of the cooks in the back (one of the guys) sarcastically mentions “idk man 45mins is a reallyyyyy loooooong time to wait” then laughs with his coworkers in the back. We were willing to wait however, once the guy made that comment I immediately knew they didn’t want to work. I had asked why the wait was long, and if it was due to online orders. The girl mentioned the didn’t have online orders. We ended up walking away. Customer service is key for returning customers. Never going here again.

One of the newer locations and already screws up orders. Continues to serve undercooked corn. 10/22 order was screwed up. Gave me mango habanero instead of Cajun. When asked for a remake I was told the wait would be over an hour. Why do I have to wait when YOUR staff lacks reading abilities or comprehension. Now I know I have to check everything from these books people.

I called when I was 15 minutes away. By the time they got back to me I passed by the location on the highway. I didn't have that kind of time to wait. After reading the reviews other people left I'd have to agree. Worst wingstop ever.

Twice missing items, zero apology, and the rudest service I’ve had.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Wingstop. I placed an order on Sept 1, 2025, directly through the Wingstop app (fulfilled by DoorDash), and once again my fries were missing (last time they forgot both fries and carrots). When I called the restaurant, Bri left me on hold, and Angel answered only to be extremely rude. She pretended she couldn’t hear me, then brushed it off with the remark, “well, I do work at a restaurant.” She told me my only option was to pick up the missing fries myself and all but hung up in my face with a sarcastic “have a nice day.” She even claimed Wingstop wasn’t affiliated with DoorDash—despite the fact that I ordered through Wingstop’s own app.

Angel eventually offered to let me speak with the GM, Tamera, but I was told Tamera was “too busy” to come to the phone. She promised to call me back, yet I never heard from her despite ample time having passed. Not even a simple apology was offered for the repeated mistakes.
