For the second time in a row I order on the app and get there at my designated time for food to be done only for them to say 15 more minutes! Maybe it's the location I'm not sure. Either folks around Manvel love them some fried chicken or they need more employees.

Every time i order from this location, they always get my order wrong!!! I even paid for extra ranch and it wasn’t in my order. instead they gave me someone else’s order. i wanted a refund and i didn’t even touch the food and the lady was super rude and would not refund me my money! I didn’t get the right wing flavor nor the right kind. I was missing my fries and my drink. They should check orders before packing them. This is the 5th time in a row i have not received my CORRECT order. Don’t come here.

My order is always wrong at this location. Even after placing the order online you STILL have to wait 40 mins after it was estimated to be ready, then when you try to call to tell them the order was wrong, no one ever answers the phone.

The food is good but honestly you need a bigger kitchen with more staff. This place gets so busy that the inside atmosphere is stressful and not fun bc all the customers inside are upset and the kitchen staff look even more stressed. Every time I come here I have to wait over a hour and then some for food, I feel bad for the workers they need more help and a better kitchen for it. Just know if you order here, it will be longer than they say. Also check ur orders, I went home and half my order was not in the bag thankfully I live close by and it’s not the first time this has happened to me.

Service was really good. The manager, I’m assuming, was really focused on accuracy and timely delivery. I did pick up and received all my items. However, I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and they were not seasoned at all. I received plain. Check your things throughly. Some things can be overlooked.

I swear to god the worker that just put a ketchup packet instead of my ordered ranch in my door dash bag I hope every soda you ever drink is flat. I hope your shower is always cold. I hope your feet ache and your back burns. I hope your fingernails overgrow and can’t be cut.

What is the point to order online because they still make you wait once you arrive. I have ordered from this place many times due to it being the only restaurant in my area, and all times I have had to wait 30-60 minutes once I arrived. They are under staffed and the current staff is rude. The food is not prepared well and was undercooked. This will be the last time myself or my family order from this place. They didn’t have and plastic silverware, no napkins on the counter and the again the wait and service is unreal.

Nice clean environment !! Staff is super friendly and helpful food is always fresh . This is definitely my spot ! Mya. Abby .and angel were so helpful .i will definitely be bringing my family and friends to this location .
