Worst place ever, wont let you to go to the bar before you left to find your phone without charging you again. And they wonder why a total of 20 people on a friday night.
One of my most comfortable places to go by myself or with friends. Thank you for keeping it around in this small town!
Went for the Texas Wine Country Songwriters Group Meeting. Great location, great venue.
Nice place! But I thought it was bigger
I really want to like this place since it’s one of the few places in the Highland Lakes area that has pool. But the times I’ve been there, one of the bartenders has been adamant about ensuring everyone that walks in has an ID. The one time my boyfriend left it in his work van she refused to even serve him and while I understand there are valid laws, and it’s flattering to get carded, we are clearly over 21. We also have a credit card that doesn’t have a name on it (that’s the bank’s prerogative ) and they refuse to honor that as well. Furthermore, the only way to play pool is to have quarters and the ATM machine that is onsite has no money and there was no accommodation so we could play pool since we didn’t have cash. Very frustrating.
The old lady here is without a doubt the rudeest unprofessional lady I have ever encountered

Best place in the hill country especially on Fridays🏞️🤠

I'm posting this review for my stepmother and two of her nieces, they visited Brass Hall on the night of February 21st to have a few drinks; they didn't have a good experience. To begin, there was a drink on their tab that they believed they didn't order, my stepmother approached a female employee, who then proceeded to argue and make accusations towards my stepmother; regardless of who was right or who was wrong, the female employee was acting hostile and unprofessionally. Continuing, two bouncers then got involved and one of them disrespectfully put their badge several inches from my stepmother's face, then the bouncers started arguing with her as well, one of them also threatened to put her in jail; suffice to say, she feared for her personal safety. To end, I was also informed that the very next day they actually did end up sending one of their female customers to jail; my family and I plan on not doing any business with this establishment or interacting with its staff again, please avoid.
Welllll..... they kicked my sister and my mother and I out....because my mother didn't have a I.D.....granted it's the rule...but my mother is 83 with dementia. She older then the owner .We live in Johnson city. That's the only pool table in the radius which is the next town over. The owner was extremely rude . And told us we couldn't stay. I politely excused myself. Packed my pool que and left. I was very upset at the fact that she responded so passively aggressively. There were only two costumers in there and they left after how she treated me. They must not like money ... cause that bar was dead. And I was ready to spend and relax .
I recently visited a pool hall in Marble Falls with my 83-year-old mother, who has dementia, and my 62-year-old sister. We were looking for a comfortable and welcoming environment where my mother could enjoy some time out while we played pool.
Upon arriving, I approached the bar and asked if they sold Heineken. The owner confirmed they did, which I was pleased to hear since it's not commonly available at many establishments. However, when I placed my order, the owner requested identification from everyone in our group. While my sister and I had our IDs, my mother—who does not drive and no longer has a valid ID—did not.
Despite explaining our situation, the owner insisted that I could not be served unless my mother also provided an ID. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, and she appeared visibly irritated throughout the interaction. While I understand the importance of checking IDs, refusing service to a clearly of-age customer because an elderly non-drinking companion lacks identification seems excessive and unreasonable.
Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality and rigid enforcement of this policy made for an unpleasant experience. If you're looking for a more accommodating and customer-friendly establishment, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Hit or miss... Fridays are usually the best nights
