Not sure what’s happening with the staff lately. They just can’t seem to get my wife’s order right 75% of the time! She is gluten intolerant and diabetic and they apparently don’t understand grilled vs. breaded. It’s not a big deal to most people but it is to her. She frequents this place but I think she’s finally done. I it used to be fantastic but it’s gone way downhill!

We showed up for dinner without knowing Santa was going to be there & they still let us take a picture with him even though we did not have a reservation. I’m so happy they let us because my 10 month old daughter LOVED Santa! Then while we were eating our dinner, we got to enjoy a Christmas story by Santa. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

My husband and I placed a mobile order for breakfast today a little after 10 am. The app let us order our breakfast food so we headed from Burnet to Marble Falls to get our food. We got there and had to wait in the drive through line. When we pulled up to tell them we had a mobile order at 10:35 am they said they can’t make the food because it was after 10:30 am yet our order was placed before 10:30 am. We then had to wait in the line just to get refunded and when we got to the window they informed us they do not have the food to make our meal. You are telling me that you get new breakfast food everyday because you run out. Not to mention one of our meals included grilled chicken. This mean if you don’t have the food then you wouldn’t have grilled chicken for the rest of the day? The app should not have let us order the food if we weren’t going to be able to get it. Overall, it was a huge waste of gas and our time. Very disappointed.

11 Nov 2024 (Veterans day) my friend & I (both vets) heard they offered a free chicken sandwich but were told that they would be happy to give us a free meal (sandwich, fries and drink). Diane - the beautiful soul who helped us was a complete pleasure ❤️ she was so kind and helpful, even gave each of us a hug and thanked us for serving ❤️🇺🇸 Thank you Diane - my friend and I felt so welcomed because of you.
PS - the food was awesome
PSS - we overheard you comment that you were willing to buy lunch for a vet if the store hadn’t offered the deal - God bless ❤️

Got my order wrong. Went through drive thru so by the time I checked my order it was to late. Wasn't going to wait in line again. Drink was also wrong. Threw away 20 dollars

Shout out to angel from the marble falls location , assisting customers with refreshments and trash , very professional, comes up to you , uses yes sir or ma’am ! Very pleased with service !!!!

I come here regularly. Food is always great but that's not the reason foe this review. I only review if the service is REALLY good or REALLY bad. In this case I felt I had to give Daneil a review because he was pretty amazing. He never stopped smiling and his service was excellent. Customer service is important to me because I work and am trained in C. S. Daniel was far above par in handling my order, so much so that I felt he needed a shout-out (and possibly a raise). Thank u Daniel and thank u Chick Fila!

We don't eat here often, we came through around 3pm for lunch. They were pretty steady but the lobby was very dirty. We cleaned our on table before we could sit down as did everyone else around. They had plenty of stuff behind the counter but during the 30 minutes we were there no one ever came to clean the tables. The floors were super dirty and looked liked the floors hadn't been mopped in a while with all the stains from spills.

The food was ok, but Fry's were warm at best.
