From when I pulled up I parked in the parking spot, I called my family and decent size order. I'd like to say everything was on point! From when I place the order and then gave it a minute and drove through the drive-thru the lady who greeted me was extremely kind I'm sorry I forgot her name. Once I approached the window that was a matter of minutes before I got my order as always I drove through and stopped and checked the bag and everything was there and correct. I was ecstatic!! Well done chick-fil-a, you never cease to amaze me!!!! (And my family we are forever your biggest fans!!) My mama was in the hospital last week and had a heart attack. Since she has recovered after a very long week of multiple procedures, she could not stop talking about wanting Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets. It's quite humorous but also, a thing. A whole thing, vibe, etc!😭 Rock on!!! 💯🥰🍽️

Stopped here with my daughter. On my way home after coming to town to see the Christmas lights service was absolutely terrible. Food quality was awful. I opened that Chick-fil-A. It’s sad to see that it has really gone south over the years. I will definitely not be back.

Love chick-fil-a. Just a bad experience this time, went in around 1pm and got a salad, soup and sandwhich. Tortilla soup. No spoon or tortillas. Just sad because I tried to drink it and not the same without tortillas. The rest of the food was great quality!

Worst Drive Thru service , They need to start training their employees better especially at the pickup window makes me not want to go to this location again, went yesterday around 2:25 is pm according to the receipt (Abby ) the young lady at the pickup window was very rude and unprofessional she just handed my food in my hands no communication with a stinky attitude .

The atmosphere felt dull, and the service was bland. No laughter or enthusiasm coming from staff. Also, business relies to heavily on tap pay. Got told my card declined, even though chip was never used. Some people have locks on tap to avoid theft. There should be more than one option to pay. Your losing business and satisfaction.

The restaurant and the food are reliably good. But the standout was our cashier, Alea. Pleasant and efficient. Cheerful without being sickly sweet. This is exactly the young woman you want to represent your brand and restaurant.

Worst chic filet I have ever been too. Slow slow slow, it took 5 min for 2 cars to get through the drive through the girl taking orders kept mumbling, I could not understand her. Got my order wrong. Looking into the drive through window, the place looked filthy. Do better
