Haven’t visited a Chili’s in 15 years. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and cocktails and the ambience - outside dining facing the river. Great service and great atmosphere. Chilli’s prices are always reasonable.

This evening couldn’t have been better. Genesis gave us over the top great service. A gentleman also checked to see how things were. We had a little issue about one of the plates containing onions. Genesis, with the approval of the manager corrected it immediately . Just can’t give enough thumbs up.

I usually love to go to Chili’s but this one is majorly understaffed. Everytime I’ve gone, there’s usually one employee carrying the work load waiting of almost every table. Also, one time they were out of chips and they were giving people burnt ones, which was interesting. Quality control is really bad in general, probably due to the understaffing.
