I write this as i sit in the driveway of the dq in MF. I ordered a blizzard and tots got the blizzard and no tots I asked for them and got a blank stare from the employee. Then they told me to pull up in the drive through so here I wate for 15 minutes.

The worst location I've ever been to. Stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and my coworker and not to mention they took 3 or or 4 orders from drive thru and still didn't acknowledge that I was there or attempted to take my order

Typical Dairy Queen, order a hunger buster with blizzard. The service for this Dairy Queen was the best for a Dairy Queen over others that I eat at when I travel or at home in Kingsland.
I just got a burger at DQ and I asked for a bottle of water. The person who was taking my order mocked my accent! I heard her through the intercom. At the window I told her it was really poor customer service and rude. She told me, it wasn't her that it was her coworker AND mocked my accent again to my face! I said she could tell her coworker what I said. The girl rolled her eyes and said "Oookkkeeeyyy! And clos d the window on my face. Wow.This is truly low class and no manners. Actually, mocking people to their faces, admitting it and having an attitude.
Such a cozy diner atmosphere and the workers are really nice, feels like a family owned restaurant.
