I just got a burger at DQ and I asked for a bottle of water. The person who was taking my order mocked my accent! I heard her through the intercom. At the window I told her it was really poor customer service and rude. She told me, it wasn't her that it was her coworker AND mocked my accent again to my face! I said she could tell her coworker what I said. The girl rolled her eyes and said "Oookkkeeeyyy! And clos d the window on my face. Wow.This is truly low class and no manners. Actually, mocking people to their faces, admitting it and having an attitude.

This was a very clean Dairy Queen. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The food was fresh and tasted good. My nephew who is allergic to dairy was able to easily find an option he could eat.

I didn't have a positive experience. The young lady that took my and my friends' order wasn't as friendly as other DQ's I've been to. Also, when she brought our order, she put it all on one tray and gave it to my friend. My burger wasn't even warm, so I took 1 bite and got a container to go. This is my first time going to this DQ and will probably be the last
The menu sign prices are different than what they charge you for instance it shows a dipped ice cream cone for 1.99 the actual price and this is before taxes is 2.49. We asked about it they said that was the sale price and they just hadn't changes it yet. We also ordered 2 small blizzards which came in Styrofoam cups you buy from heb or Walmart and not the actual blizzard cups and when asked they said that was there new cups they where using. 1 more thing when I go to a restaurant I'm there to buy food not have to stare at knock off jewelry while I'm ordering. I have gone to this particular establishment all my life and here lately it seems to be going down hill in a rapid pace.

Went though the drive in and the service was terrible. we had to keep repeating and when we got to the window they had loud music and everyone was messing around. i got a brownie oreo cupfection and the brownie was never warmed up just thrown on top of the ice cream.

I ordered my daughter a blizzard at the drive through. The employee dropped it when she was handing it to me, but she caught it with her forearm and the side of her shirt. She tried handing it to me after the entire top touched her skin and shirt. Then was upset and rude to me when I asked her to make another one.

I ordered 2 LARGE diet cokes, the girl handed me mediums, I said I ordered large and she ROLLED HER EYES and sarcastically said "is there anything else you need?" I said "no that's all" and she said "are you sure?" Like I was a huge inconvenience to her. She gave me 2 large cups of ice with almost no Diet Coke in them to show that she was unhappy for having to correct her mistake. Shame on you.
