I have lived in marble falls a long time! I kwep tryin DOC's food because I really want to like it I'm a fish person. But with the new owners I decide to try it again. With the last owners the food was GREAT serbice suxed. Now its kind of the Opposite! NICOLE are server was GREAT! She explained everyrhing really well and was fast and looked like she enjoyed her job! And was friendly and conversated with her customers most waitresses Don't! I worked in service industry for almost 20 year 15 as a cook. We were gonna get the blacked trout but $29.99 for 1 fillet of trout is on the high side.We started with appetizers brussels sprouts and calamari! The brussel sprout were good but the sauce was really strong overly strong. And the Calamari they just didnt put the calamari in the basket but a bunch of burnt pieces too! But i was still good. We me and my 93 year old grandma got the seafood basket too. The 1 fillet of fry fish was great the Fried oysters taste like dirt or like the were old NOT good or any big pieces like the size oysters are. Just tiny piece an they were Horrible. The Fried clams were good. The 2 shrimp was over cooked and tough. The crab cake was tasteless NO flavor. The mashed potatoes loaded baked potato way an the okra were good. I wish the HEAD cook and owner would taste the food before serving it to customers. They would know the quality if they. So I give the food a 50% half of it was good. And half of it was horriable! Well I gave them 3 star because the serve NICOLE was Awesome!

The place is horrible it's got moldy floors moldy places in the back Old food dry oysters being improperly stored and food that is irreparably improperly done. The last time I ate here I was sick for 2 days not to mention when asked the employee that I spoke with said that they threw their grease into the dumpster I even saw them throw grease into the dumpster they do not care about their employees and the manager mistreats his people not to mention his wife is the one that runs the store and even she doesn't know what to properly do do not eat here. This place is an absolute disgrace when it comes to seafood this place is disgusting and filled with mold and improperly stored food and disposed of items

Had prime rib special, a disappointment. It was not fresh cut off the prime rib roast. In fact if they have it every Thursday I believe it was last Thursday’s. I think they must freeze leftovers and then thaw. Also the baked potato was not real hot.

The marinated chicken breast had some kind of and too much Very sour juice, the mashed potatoes were beyond Lumpy, and my broccoli was yellow/Brown. my husband's catfish was so thin, it was mostly cornmeal. one⭐️ for the tea, Brussel sprouts appetizer, and waiter!

She pointed to a $15.00 ribeye on the menu she wanted it med.well.with steamed broccoli , and garden salad. My meal was a stuffed baked potato and salad .the was rare and bleeding the broccoli was hard and brown. The baked potato was Hard and Luke warm. They charged her for the large ribeye (11 dollars more) . Fifty hard earned bucks
