I walked in a little after 5pm (they close at 6pm), and was interested in a tasting as part of the Texas Wine Month Passport tickets. The first person was nice, but was not sure what it was. So I pull it up and the other person just says "oh we don't do tasting this late" with clear annoyance and no interest to provide any other customer service, other to add that they do their tasting at the bar and I'd need to come in earlier for that.
Regardless of timing of tasting, customer service could be enhanced greatly. Possibly offering a sample of what might interest me for purchasing a glass of wine instead? This experience alone has left me uninterested in trying this venue in the future.
The place is nice inside, and a lot of wine choices for tastings. The pours were extremely small, barely a taste at all. In fact, the lady helping me poured more wine in the glass to rinse it out and toss than I got to sample. I got no information about the wines and the whole experience just felt hurried. This was my first winery experience in the Texas Hill Country, and I was very disappointed. Other wineries I visited gave decent pours and educated me about the wines. The tasting was $20 for barely a sip of 6 different wines. Not worth it at all.
In response the the reply,
they were not 1 ounce pours, not even half an ounce. You need to train the staff on how to pour. Basically I got a cheap wine glass for $20. I did buy 2 bottles regardless, because I support small business's. Just very disappointed in the tasting.
Great selections of wine. In fact, I've got to make another trip for tasting since I couldn't taste all the ones I wanted to. LOL! They have other goodies such as sauces, wine slush mix, and toffee. The staff is super friendly, too.

Great wine tasting experience. Wine options were tasty and prices were great!! Not bad at all!
Extensive menu of wines for tastings. Also has frozens and to go glasses. Great location friendly staff.

Perfect in just about every way. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The list of critiques is much shorter wo I'll stick with that: they keep the building way too cold for me, qnd the prices of the merchandise are sky high.
had an amazing time. the tasting opportunities were phenomenal but the service is what i found so compelling. great advice regarding drinkable- history - food complements. This visit was highlighted when our server - Ronda - their new tool to handle unruly corks - very Texas.
Very nice layout... knowledgeable presenter.

Beautiful place for wine tasting and music.
Staff wash very friendly and helpful. The sparkling wine is by far my favorite. I’ve never had a sparkling wine like it.
Love this place! My weekly trip is always one to remember. Every wine is delicious and the people are great!
Fun wine tasting experience. Great selections. Helpful and courteous staff. I recommend visiting Fiesta if you are in Marble Falls, TX
Went here to do a wine tasting with my group of friends for my sister’s birthday and the big Spanish lady came up to my sister and gave her crackers and water and said she couldn’t serve her. She has TWO drinks.
