Great place to spend an afternoon during your favorite wine and listing to music at the outdoor pavilion.

Flat Creek Estate Winery is one of the nicer winery we've had the opportunity to visit in the great state of Texas. It rivals even some of the well established Napa, Temecula or Paso Robles wineries in California. The winemaker claimed Flat Creek Estate to be the oldest winery in Texas, which is not true. That title belongs to Val Verde in Del Rio. The winery has an upscale bistro restaurant on site serving plates from half-chicken to pan pizza. In addition to the nice restaurant, there is a vast open outdoor picnic/seating area with a stage for live music and a smaller cozy outdoor wine tasting space just outside the main bar. We visited Flat Creek Estate while staying in Marble Falls, during their Annual Thanksgiving Festival with vendors on site and a Turkey Shuffle 5k taking place, so it definitely was busier than usual. The wine served is delicious and our favorite is definitely their Super Texan (a play on Super Tuscan).

Great Winery. located in a nice quiet spot. They have disc golf, occasional markets and a cool tour. Outside pavilion with a bar is relaxing and scenic. Their food is great from everyday to dinner. We did a Valentines Dinner that would rival the best in Austin. Last but certainly not least the Wine is very good and getting better every year. Enjoy!

It is truly amazing that Texas can grow and produce this quality of wine. Super Texan is an example of fantastic wine.
This place is off the beaten path, but a great location and great place to enjoy friends and wonderful wine.

Amazing experience at the Bistro! We had a dinner for 6 and the service that Bianca provided was absolutely stellar! She was so kind, attentive and knowledgeable of the vast selections of wines and had great suggestions with pairing our meals. The food was excellent - highly recommoned the brussel sprouts and the bacon wrapped quail. The ambiance in the dining room was so intimate and elegant. We will be back and are so happy to have this gem of a restaurant and winery in our local area!

We had the most amazing experience at this winery. We came today for a birthday dinner, had a beautiful table set at the bistro, which had beautiful views all around and cozy fireplace lit for us. The food was phenomenal! The owners Eva & Neal came to our table to greet us and make sure everything was well. They stayed and chatted with us making us feel like family and at home. The executive chef Brian also came and greeted us and ensured our food was to our expectations! Our waiter was the amazing, sweet, and very knowledgeable. (I am so sorry I forgot your name). We then went to the tasting room, Mackenzie was amazing helping us out with our new membership. We ended the evening in the pavilion sipping wine and having cake around the fire with live music and the sunset! The property is beautiful and the energy there is just HOME. Tempranillo and the Rose are our absolute favorite, must try them! We will be back for the wine pairing dinner and to meet with their winemaker from France. If you haven’t been to this winery yet, GO NOW!

We really enjoyed our visit. The property was gorgeous; everyone was very friendly; the live music was good and the food was tasty. Only criticism is that we had to wait a bit between tasting the different wines and would have liked to have kept drinking continuously.

What a beautiful vineyard and winery! The staff is so friendly and hospitable! Bianca is a gem! Exec. Chef Brian was most gracious and generous! The food and wine both extraordinary and excellent recommendations for pairing. It's a lovely drive in Texas hill country and worth the trip.

I’ve been to much more personable and better tasting wine tours. The two women working in the tasting room seemed stand off ish, they also gave a really bad white wine and didn’t replace it when all of us said it was bad.

Took a small road trip to this vineyard. An hour drive with beautiful vistas. Delicious food from the chef with impeccable service from Melina. The special of the day was a venison burger, enjoyed by my husband. I had the Flat Creek burger and both paired wonderfully with their recommended wine. We will definitely return to sample their future offerings.

The ambiance, service, and the exec chef’s chicken sandwich was on point!! Oh…. the pinot grig was good too. Will definitely return.

This was a beautiful winery! The wines were sooo good. Especially the Super Texan and the Four Horsemen. Plan to spend hours there! The thing that really made our visit amazing was Schantel. She greeted us right away and provided outstanding service. Her knowledge of the wines was impressive. It doesn’t matter how good the wines are, how beautiful your grounds are—-it’s about the experience and Schantel knocked it out of the park!
