This place here is the best food you are ever going to get in a 50 miles radius for this type of food. I know this because im a truck driver and I've been to a lot of small town restaurants. I would pay whatever they are charging because the food is that good.

The food was exceptional. Ordered a handful of sushi rolls and it was delivered fast. The angel roll was the highlight. Only complaint is that payment took 10 minutes when there was no one else in the restaurant.

Great place to stop for sushi. Everything is fresh and delicious. One of our favorites is the Texas roll. That's a must try and you won't be disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and service was great

Went there for dinner, food was not best and service wasn’t the best either. I did not leave a tip and the waiter came all the way to the parking asking for me to tip him. I eventually did but I will not be going back there. And I understand that servers don’t get much of an hourly wage but I believe in if the service is great then you get a tip. But I’m still in disbelief that the waiter came all the way to the parking lot and pretty much hunt me down.

The sushi is not good. We went there and it seemed like there was a new waiter. And it also seemed like the owner did not like the new waiter. The new waiter was amazing. He did a great job. However the overall experience was not great. They need to improve their sushi quality.

I am in love with this restaurant. I was scared there would be no good sushi in Marble Falls. I was so wrong. The quality of the tuna is above & beyond. Fresh, raw or seared tuna is my favorite thing in the entire world & these people at Fuji knock it out of the park. I'm literally obsessed. The people who work there are the sweetest & most efficient I have ever soon. Everyone go to Fuji sushi in Marble falls. You won't regret it.
