Fuji Sushi & Asian Grill

I am in love with this restaurant. I was scared there would be no good sushi in Marble Falls. I was so wrong. The quality of the tuna is above & beyond. Fresh, raw or seared tuna is my favorite thing in the entire world & these people at Fuji knock it out of the park. I'm literally obsessed. The people who work there are the sweetest & most efficient I have ever soon. Everyone go to Fuji sushi in Marble falls. You won't regret it.

The spicy tuna roll and the spicy salmon roll wasn't great. (I didn't eat but a few pieces of each) added Siracha and alot of soy sauce but... still

I'll try another dish later but the rolls at HEB are probably better. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

My wife and I absolutely love Fuji Sushi!
We both love sushi. But we have to be cautious about what we order because I have a severe shellfish allergy.

The staff is very helpful. They made sure that all of our concerns were taken care of and that my food was prepared accordingly.

There is always a chance of exposure, so don't forget your Epi-pen.

This is by far the best sushi place we have ever been to. It's not often you can find a place that serves such fresh food.

I recommend the Eel Avacado Roll and the Everything Bagel Roll.

Absolutely Fantastic.

A bit pricey though, if you want a small meal that high protein and healthy, go between 11 and 3 for the lunch specials.
About $13-15 per person.

But if you want to have an "experience", and try different foods and drinks, it jumps quickly. Average of $40-50
Occasionally as high as $80+

But well worth the price.

What a fiasco. None of the staff knew what they were doing and were confused and dealing with multiple issues the whole time we were there.
We waited 15 minutes for straws, got the wrong noodles and wrong sushi. We also got our appetizer for dessert and it was not even good.
The server also asked if we want the check while we were still eating, while my husband was just taking a bite.
We won’t be returning. I would rather make the drive to Austin.
Our stomachs are already upset. What a waste of money.

This was a good place if you are wanting sushi in Marble Falls. If you are looking for top quality, you may be better served at a larger community like Cedar Park or Bee Cave, or Austin. I had the beef bento box. It was good and the service was great.

Staff not personal. All business. Go there just for food, mainly take out don't like dinning in. Often confuse takeout orders staff not familiar with menu. Very annoying.
