The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

I should have listen to all the other reviews but I wanted to try the wings....So I ordered 12 wing combo with fries & ranch n blue cheese to go with them also ordered an EXTRA ORDER OF FRIES....Ordered all of it to have delivered...30 minutes later I heard someone pounding on the door im making my way to door open it & my food laying in hallway of Hotel..picked up my bag of food look around for my drink don't see it step back in room bag of food felt light I open it ONLY 6 WINGS IN IT NO DIPPIN SAUCE...NO FRIES...NO EXTRA FRIES...WHOEVER U ARE I HOPE U ENJOY THE REST OF MY WINGS,FRIES,& DRINK....HELL IF U WANTED SOME ASK ME I WOULD HAVE SHARED WITH U BUT NO YOU HAD TO STEAL THEM....
They do not serve hot tea, they do not serve bailey's Irish cream, they would not sit us with a lake view. 3 strikes I am out of here and will never go back. The lady at one of the local hotels said it was the worst chili's in the state of Texas!!

The wings were absolutely disgusting. I had the mild Buffalo wings for lunch today... I could only eat 4 of them before it was unbearable. They are way way over salted !! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from here and the wings are very overcooked and dry pieces. They are a very cheap price for a reason. They shouldn't even have something that nasty on the menu and lead people to purchase it. That or try your damn products before they go out the door every day ! Your charging people money for that !? What the hell? Because it was delivery I couldn't even give it back.
