Margarita's Mexican Restaurant

Their hamburgers are frozen,as well as their french fries..The ice tea had only a few ice cubes. The wait to get the food was unreal..

This place is now a Burger/steak place. Sodas were watered down and burger I asked for medium well was raw.

I have visited this place since I thought it’s a Mexican restaurant. The owner recently changed the menu. What a pleasure to meet him at that day. Really nice people. Since I realized the menu has been changed, he offer me to keep one of his menu to look over for next visit. I felt so comfortable ,The restaurant was so clean, and I like to come back with my husband to try different meals there. Will share my opinion about food next time that I visit this place.

We tried this place out based on numerous raving comments on Nextdoor which praised the food and the margaritas. I can only assume these comments were posted by employees or friends of employees or owners because there was no way this food or drinks deserve any praise. The margaritas had a chemical taste and the spinach artichoke dip tasted as if it came from a can. The sirloin steak and hamburger were just alright but nothing special and certainly not worth the price tag. The chicken sandwich was blah. The amount of French fries that came with the hamburger and chicken sandwich was pathetic (about 10-15 skinny short fries). This place may make it as a sports bar with the multiple TVs, pool tables, and gambling machines, but it is no way a destination for a good meal and maybe that’s all they’re going for, but comments on both Google and Nextdoor are very misleading.

Love this place they now have pool tables, and a game room! Good vibes and fun. No longer serve Mexican but can’t wait to try the new menu

Really cool! What could be better than excellent food and great drinks. Oh yeah, playing some games while eating and drinking! Really cool place!

Im from Driftwood n was visiting my sister who lives in Marball Falls, for my nephews Birthday party. They took us to Margaritas Bar n Grill for Dinner. My brother n law was paying. At first i thought it was kinda pricey but then our meal came n i couldnt believe the huge portions, n the taste was awesome. Even the hungriest person needed a togo container. My baked potato feed me again the next day. So two thumbs up from Cindylu and i highly recommend u try this place for yourself you will not regret it.!!

Recommended dishes: Guacamole Salad, Chile Con Queso, Queso Dip, Guacamole, Chips and Salsa, Taco Plate, Jalapeño Chicken Enchiladas, Refried Beans, Shredded Chicken Taco, Chicken Fajitas, Spinach Enchiladas, Super Nachos, Carne Guisada Tacos

I ordered the enchiladas Verde with shredded chicken, they weren't really that tasty. Service was okay, atmosphere was all right not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. I hope to try some other dishes in the future so that I don't rule the restaurant out completely if they have some redeeming dishes.
