My go to place until today. Got a Grilled Teriyaki bowl and as I’m at eating I look down and a huge chunk of metal is imbedded in the chicken. This piece looks like something they used to tie legs together on whole freezer chicken. Staff has always been nice and store is always positive. But it takes one time for something like this to happen and just lose the trust in the food. Even being an accident.
I know the first few years of them being open hasn’t always come with good experience but i’ve noticed a huge shift the past two months are so… I love the staff!!! Sweetest human beings! I do frequently find a small messed up item in the order through drive through (usually just due to new staff and it’s never been a big deal) but if you check before you leave and tell them they are so nice about it and always fix it!!
