This particular Pizza Hut is Awesome. I didn’t catch her name but the lady who took my very late order was awesome. (Ordered at 10:50pm on 8/21/2025.). I mean it. It was the most human interaction I’ve had over the phone in a very long time. More than thanking her, I would like to promote her well being. She made the whole thing great for me and my crew. We ordered a ton of food and it was all very well presented with plates and napkins and everything we needed 11/10...
We placed an order for delivery this evening and they brought some wrong items. I called the store and Shannon was SO understanding and helpful, she made it right for us immediately. Thank you Shannon!
This location is hit or miss. When done right, it's some of the best Pizza Hut pizza you will ever have. Other times, they will mess up your order in multiple ways, making the food a miss. I think it depends on the staff on duty. The previous 2 times we ordered, everything was outstanding. Tonight I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings and they forgot two of the toppings, which left the pizza rather bland and boring because the toppings they forgot were the most flavorful...
