I was only in town for the night and thought I’d try River City Grille. Great place! The staff are so nice and the food was amazing. I will definitely go again if ever in town again.

Took my fiancé here for his birthday and was beyond disappointed. My chopped steak was served raw with blood pooling on the plate, and when it was finally remade, the sides were cold and the salad wilted. Service was careless at best—our server never apologized, forgot items(my side salad), and seemed completely checked out. A couple next to us sat for 10–15 minutes without anyone acknowledging them until we pointed it out. Even when we first sat down, a different staff member oddly tried to clear our waters before we’d even ordered.
This place used to be reliable, but this visit was a mess from start to finish.

I had to edit this after eating there tonight. Food was still good but the service needs help. They brought my wife’s salad along with the main meal, didn’t really ask if we were ok with everything either. Had to flag the waiter down because her chopped steak was super bloody. A couple sat next to us and I had to tell the waiter that nobody has even acknowledged they were there. Just an off evening perhaps .

RCG never disappoints, especially during football season! Got the chopped steak meal with baked potato and broccoli...made 3 meals! Husband has the fish tacos; all excellent as only RCG does!

Everything was so good I want to come back again and again. The chicken fried steak is fork tender. The cheesecake is so delicious I want to take a whole one home. Everything was the best I've had in a long time.
