A friend took us to Simply Pho and it was a delight. We were there between lunch & dinner so it was quiet and we were able to have a nice visit with our meal. The staff was very friendly and very good at their jobs. The food was excellent...they had our favorite, shrimp spring rolls and fried dumplings. The Pho is very good, except the chicken I ordered in it. It was rubbery and hard to chew and not real. The texture was fake. I could tell right away because I eat very clean and organic meat. I pulled it all out and to the side. I had a reaction later on to the MSG. Something you have to watch out for if you eat clean and are sensitive to chemicals. I would go again but skip the chicken in the Pho. Also ask about the MSG.
Nestor was our server and made the whole experience amazing! He made sure we understood menu offerings and portion sizing. He was also a very kind person. Kept our drinks full as well ❤️❤️❤️Went here with my parents when we realized our old favorite place had closed or moved. We got the general tso chicken and the pork vermicilli, everything was amazing! More than enough food to share family style!
