I get the same coffee almost everyday that I pay $13.64. This morning my coffee didn't contain the cold foam I normally get on top. When I asked where the cold foam is they told me I promise it's in there. I was given excuse after excuse instead of fixing it and then he had an attitude when I asked him to remake my coffee. Ashton was not accommodating nor nice when fixing his mistake.

This is without a doubt the worst Starbucks location in terms of employees and customer service. They struggle to make a cup of tea! I asked another customer if he lives in Marbel Falls (I on my regular road trip). Yes, he is a regular. He also believes it is the worst rum location - but the view from the store is gorgeous!

We enjoy stopping at this location. Lots of room to spread out outside. Drinks and food were fine- they gave us the wrong food, but it was good and we ate it.Also, there were so many people working and all the tables were super dirty. Frustrating.

The Starbucks in Marble Falls is the WORST Starbucks in the planet. They stand around gossiping and chatting while there are customers waiting 10+ minutes for a mobile order.

I have to say that every single time I've gone to this Starbucks, I'm waiting forever and the service on top of that is pathetic and the coffee is poorly made. What happened to this company? If it's specifically Marble Falls, then please do something about it. I'm only leaving one star and wouldn't give that if I didn't have to.

If you want your day ruined, go to this Starbucks. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, absolutely filthy and waited 45 minutes for my online order. Staff is terribly rude as well.

Goodness this place was a mess. There were bugs crawling all over the items in the pastry display. When I mentioned it they just shrugged me off and kept making coffees. Bathroom and coffee station were filthy. Truly gross experience.

Third bad experience in a row here. I have to blame management. No Starbucks is this bad! One time they didn’t even have enough staff to open, just a sign on the door. Another time it was 30 minutes for a Nitro cold brew. Today it was attitude and told to come in from the drive through. Toni the employee really sucks. I’d let her go. Bad attitudes are contagious too.

This Starbucks has a wonderful view on the hill. Their outdoor seating is very cute and cozy on a sunny day. As always, they have great coffee!
