It just depends on who is working. But food is usually very good! Bread is another story I luved the wheat bread they use to use,now they seeds or something in there makes it nasty, to me! But I do like subway a lot!

I can never get them to answer the phone, even if you repeatedly call. I've watched them ignore the phone more than once while in store as well, so it definitely isn't just because they're busy.
The mobile ordering is constantly down (not that you can verify it without going to the store since they never answer), and even when they shut down the mobile ordering because they don't want to be busy, they will decline coupons and will shrug it off if you complain.
Normally not the end of the world, but when I'm getting constant ads about the online deals, it definitely gets annoying to find out I can't ever use them because the staff can't be bothered with mobile ordering half the time.
I've started going across town to the one by Walmart because I grew tired of the never ending game with this location.

I love this Subway. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. The one across town by the movie theater should take lessons. I don't even know how the other one is still open.
Very clean inside, Subways are usually sort of messy when I go for lunch.Staff was very upbeat and asked me as they built my protein bowl if I had enough sauce, cheese, lettuce, etc. that was a first for Subway!They also told me I had a $2 off coupon and a free cookie I’m the app that I was unaware of.The app is paying off and I appreciate them reminding me.This is the best Subway I have visited to date and will definitely be back on my next visit to Marble Falls.

I come in a few times a month and always get the same thing. 9 times out of 10, it's perfect. However, occasionally, they drench the sandwich when you ask for oil and vinegar and I end up with pickled veggies and soggy bread. Other than that, this location is on point and has amazing staff.
Well I always enjoy subway... But this first time visit here the attendant told me what I'd like... I told him I wanted the #7 Mexicali, everything on it... I was on a phone call for business and didn't think they'd need to tell me much more since it's ingredients are in front of them. They tell me if I'd like anything else. I said just mayo and extra baja chipotle without realizing... This guy didn't add ANY vegetable that goes into the Mexicali sub... Like... Am I supposed to tell this teenager what goes in it??? He could've looked behind him and see what it says there... And yet still charged me for the #7 Mexicali... Like why charge me that when you didn't make it the way it's supposed to be.BTW I didn't realize he didn't add veggies until after I got to my hotel... ??♂️ My fault for not paying attention after I tell them a subway that they should know goes on it...
