No indoor seating for our Texas heat. I ordered 3 large chopped brisket sandwiches with pickles and onions. I would hate to see the regular sized chopped BBQ sandwich. Since the large was $12.99 each. Then I had to use a kiosk to order 😒 They were quick to get my order out, which was a plus sitting in the heat without any fans etc. The taste was ok. For me personally I should have asked for extra sauce. My husband and I always ask after eating at a new place would you do it...

I called TRUE TX BBQ & Darren rescued me by fulfilling my last minute order for 20 people within 30 minutes despite his normal lunch rush. I didn’t get to eat with my customer so I came back and ordered a personal meal. The ribs were seasoned perfectly/falling off the bone/no sauce needed! The collards greens taste like my Grandmother’s. I will definitely patronize them...
