I have given this location multiple trys and it always disappoints, went today was very busy I waited and ordered. I then got parked at the front to wait for my food, waited 20mins out front. I waited for a total of an hour then I still didnt get all my food, this will be my last visit to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I always ask for fresh chicken have for last 12 yrs and last 2 times been not fresh… it’s ridiculous. 14$ for a meal that’s so hard and nasty I go thru drive thru because I don’t wanna come in why do I have to get a meal fixed ..

Food is good, its Whataburger. They seem to have downsized the cups, as I ordered a large and got what looked like a medium.
Drive through and parking lot are atrocious and near if not impossible to get in and out of at different times of the day, which i why I rarely come here.

I asked for fresh Fries and they gave me warm flimsy fries. They had four managers working and the rest of the orange shirts we're doing nothing. One of the managers on duty was rude and cut my conversation short with somebody that I needed to talk to. These people are rude and idiotic don't go here.
We come from dripping springs every Sunday this place is the best very clean staff always friendly and happy you can tell they want to be there highly recommended this restaurant great job to management and team

Went through the drive-thru around 11:45 pm in the drive-thru without anybody asking me or telling me welcome to Whataburger. I sat there for 30 minutes before somebody asked me. Did somebody take my order? Several people including the manager came outside to let somebody in but couldn't take my order. Then when I asked if they were closed they said no but still couldn't take my order. Took 45 minutes for me to be able to be assistant and they gave me a hard time using my rewards like they do a lot at this location. What a horrible experience I've had tonight. I don't think I'll be ever going to the store very again. Very satisfied and the food was half cold but I'm really hungry and I live 2 hours away. So I ate it. Sad so much potential for this store and they keep letting me down every time I come by save your money and go to McDonald's or somewhere else not this place. One of the worst whataburgers I've ever been to. They either get my burger wrong put ice in my drink when I asked for no ice. Horrible customer service

Ordered wings, Paid for it then was asked to move forward and they would “bring it out to me”. Waited 20 minutes nobody brought me my order, went inside and was given a sorry and an apple pie. I don’t even like pie
(Ps. My order was sitting underneath the drive-through serving station the whole time) 🙃
