Kid-friendliness: Came out and talked to my youngest about how many Pickles he liked on his burger
We went to Bee's hive for a Mexican diner and we enjoyed the homemade food that was recommended to us from the menu. The service was very warm and friendly. The cook also came to see us while eating to make sure everything was ok. The next day, while on a bike ride, I stopped to use the washroom and they greated me warmly again. Very nice people.

Very good place. I had a great chicken enchilada. I live in Alpine. I will be back. The hours are a little challenging to understand. They don't seem listed any place. But talking to the owner, they are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at least as of the time of this writing. Also on Sunday from 9:00 AM to noon with menudo. A simple and compact menu. Burgers, enchiladas, burritos, that sort of thing. Prices are consistent with the area and far West Texas. The only suggestion I would have would be to post the hours and days the restaurant is open someplace on the building and/or maybe a phone number that has a recording of such information. Otherwise, I can see myself wandering over that way from Alpine now and again.

Excellent as always! Hours are hot and miss and very from week to week as does the menu. If happen buy and the door is open and the sign reads open you have to stop in! The two lady’s are great, always have a smile on and are singing. I purposely drive to Marfa with the hope I would catch them open. I don’t eat meat so the made a vegan Gordita for me which was great! I’ll always stop in for a meal if the door is open, as I love these two ladies!!!
