Great coffee, but...I've placed several online orders over the past year and shipping was always quick and reasonable. I did have an issue with my last order after discovering several missing items. I tried calling several times over a two week period and left two voicemails with no return call. I truly love the coffee, but not receiving a call back to make right on my order makes me question a lot.

Love, love, love this coffee! Have a 3lb bag delivered to my house every month!

One of my special birthday trips was to this establishment. We arrived at 2:45 only to discover they had closed for the day. Yes I understand the Marfa vibe but it would have been nice to have put a sign out you chose to call it a day. You missed the opportunity of a substantial sale and a good review

My husband and I have been ordering this coffee for years. The product is great. The shipping on the other hand not great at all. I ordered about a week ago whole bean coffee dark skies which is my husband's favorite, received the other today and it's ground. No one to speak to over the weekend. Hoping someone reaches out to me before Christmas. Left multiple messages on several phone numbers.

Best coffee I've ever tasted, especially 'Big Blend'. Excellent service and responsive when I need assistance. It has been a long time, but my wife and I ,and two friends, toured the facility. Ambiance = excellent Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Same with the other person's post. They were not open during business hours. We arrived after 815. Hours start at 8am. We knocked everywhere.

They are open to the public now! The person who helped us was super friendly and gave us some awesome suggestions! Their in-house nitro cold brew was so bomb and addictive.Highly recommend coffee lovers to drop by!!Also you can get their cold brew at Frama!

This is my favorite coffee roaster and everyone that I have let try the coffee, really likes it. I never say anything about the coffee and just let them bring it up themselves while enjoying it. 90% of the time people will compliment the wonderful taste. I no longer live in the west Texas region so I am very happy that I can get it shipped to me on the east coast. My personal favorites are the Davis Mountain Blend and West Texas Wildfire.

While my wife and I were staying at the Gage Hotel in Marathon for our week-long Big Bend National Park trip, the coffee we tried in our room and at the lobby in the morning were quite good. Even the decaf coffee I tried at night (for some reason, any amount of caffeine keeps me up at night nowadays so I refrain from drinking anything caffeinated after 3 PM or so) was equally good. When we saw that they were roasted by Big Bend Roasters, we made it a point to stop by during our brief stay in Marfa before the long drive back home. After a late lunch at The Water Stop, we checked Yelp and it indicated Big Bend Roasters will remain open until 3 PM. We got there at around 2:30 PM and saw "Closed" sign on a door. Thinking there must be a mistake, I opened another door and must've startled the guy in there in what looked like an area where they bag the beans. In any case he told us to come in via the other door with the "closed" sign. When we came in, we asked if they were closed and he just shrugged and asked us if we knew what we want. My wife told him about the coffee at the Gage Hotel and he knew exactly which ones we wanted. He went back into the room we initially saw him in and bagged the whole bean coffee we requested (2 1-lb bag of Bolivia Caranavi and Decaffeinated Mexico Chiapas). We were charged $13 for each bag! Looking at their website, they charge $15 per bag not including shipping...so glad we stopped by and bought coffee right there to get the discount. While I don't think we'll make the 6.5-hour drive just to buy coffee from them, perhaps we can ask friends visiting the area to stop by. We are now fans and currently savoring coffee from Big Bend Roasters while at home this foggy December morning...nothing like coffee made from freshly ground coffee beans poured from a French press!

Some of the best Coffee I have ever had. This was a few years ago when I visited. I subscribed and get a few bags per month sent to me. I just received my next shipment and it still taste delicious!

I'm sure these guys are awesome....sadly they are closed to the general public now...not sure when they shut down...likely durning the Covid era. Was hoping for the tour today and to purchase some coffee "hot off the press!" I didn't call or make reservations....just came by in person and they have signs on the door. Maybe you can call to reserve the tour but likely need to reserve it ahead of time! Next time!

Not open during their posted business hours is disappointing. I don't want to pay shipping for something I stopped by for while I was visiting.

Visited a couple years ago and bought my wife a bag. Going back for a trip and she specifically asked me to bring back some bags when I come home.
