Place was packed at noon, there was a manager in the back cooking and one woman doing drive thru, register and ice creams. Both worked hard and made sure everyone taken care of.

the food made me sick manager didn't even answer me back or give my money back twice the food was bad and it's not even worth going to complain nothing will be done. the change in management would be so much better for the place its horrible

The workers there were just on their phones. Had turned off most of the lites to make it seemed closed. The food was cold. Patties also had freezer bite. Worst food ever. THE DRINKS BARELY HAD ANY ICE..Rude workers, unfriendly.

Horrible!! The employees could clearly see us standing at the counter but would ignore us. We waited for about 10 mins and no one came to take our order cause they were to busy on their phones. We had to walk out. Also somone at the drive thru knocking on the window to be helped and nothing.

We went inside and all the employees ignored us. We stood and waited for about 10 mins and the employees would just look at us and continue ignoring us all while being on their phones. They're was also someone at the drive thru knocking on the window and being ignored. Horrible service. Will never stop there again.
Ordered two large drinks and it took them 30 min to hand out and no cars in front or back. So sad that the staff don't care and have no custumer service. Obviosly the management don't care.

The tea always tastes like mold. The management is rude. The place is filthy. It’s the only fast food in Marfa so they can do whatever they want. You can always drive to Alpine for DQ I guess but that one ain’t much better. Welcome to West Texas dining!

Got here at 7:40, and it's 8:40 and I'm still waiting for my food, the lobby is empty so explain to me what's taking so long? I don't know who the owner is, but it needs to change.
