Food (which they don’t even advertise because it’s just hot dog and queso) is somehow incredible? I’ve had bar food MUCH worse for MUCH more.

Didn't eat, just had drinks......but man, what a vibe! Very cool spot and great distilled spirits. We had 4 diff cocktails all made with house distilled spirits and they were great. Congrats on 4 years of operations Marfa Spirit Co.

If you stop at one establishment, make it Marfa Spirit Co! A wonderful place with knowledgeable, kind, and intriguing staff and ownership. 10/10. Try the Agua frescas, especially watermelon lemonade if available. Take home a bottle of Desert Rose Sotol. A prickly pear margarita will also hit the spot. Thank you for helping make our Anniversary weekend so magical!! We'll definitely be back.

This place is always such a neat vibe! Bartenders are always kick ass, the hot dogs are 🔥, and the drinks are great! We tried their pistachio martini and it was incredible.

Really great distillery in Marfa. They have a variety of spirits, if you like smokiness definitely try their Sotol, if not they have gin and rum as well. They have cocktails made with their spirits. I had both the old fashioned with sotol and their fancy gin and tonic (pictured). Both are very good. We came back to this place two nights in a row. They have indoor seating to get away from the mosquitos and a great atmosphere that is a saloon and speak easy feeling all at the same time.
Bar staff are very helpful and very nice. They have hot dogs and salsa with chips that are very good! They also have spirits for sale and a photo-booth in the bar. Outside there are tables and plenty of parking.
