We stopped in for a drink after a long day of driving/traveling home to Austin and it was exactly what we needed. As soon as you walk in the vibes are great. Super cute and welcoming inside. Mimi made sure we were taken care of with delicious drinks and her playlist was perfect. She was also so sweet to chat with. We felt right at home and have already told our friends they need to stop in if they are ever in town. We will definitely be back as well. Thank you, Mimi!

Mimi was our bartender on March 17 and she mixed a nice cocktail with sotol. The sotol itself was delicious and the atmosphere is nice and chill. Wish it wasn't Sunday so I could have purchased a bottle.

Favorite place to get drinks in Marfa. Taking home a bottle of chihuahuan desert sotol is a must!

They they distill their own rum here.

This bar reminds me of an old western type saloon. The dimly lit room, the rustic wooden furniture, and the sound of country music playing softly in the background create an authentic atmosphere that transports you back in time. As I take a seat on one of the weathered stools, I can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia. The bartender, donning a wide-brimmed hat, approaches me with a warm smile. I ask for their recommendation, and without hesitation, they suggest the Mojito or the Old Fashioned. Intrigued by their choices, I decide to try both. The Mojito arrives first, served in a classic glass with a sprig of fresh mint gently placed on top. As I take the first sip, the refreshing combination of muddled lime, sugar, and rum dances on my palate. The subtle sweetness and the burst of citrus flavors make it a perfect companion for a warm summer evening. Next comes the Old Fashioned, a drink that exudes a timeless elegance. The bartender meticulously crafts it, muddling a sugar cube with bitters, adding a splash of water, and pouring in a generous measure of CHIHUAHUAN DESERT SOTOL. They garnish it with a twist of orange peel, which releases its fragrant!

Highly recommend! We came as a family & tried the Flight Two, the Chihuahua Dog & 2 basic dogs for the kids. Huge thumbs up all around. We also got the Chips & Queso which made the San Antonian's heart so happy. We also got the Paloma with Sotol. Literally everything was delicious. The atmosphere here is wonderful, chill & not stuffy. We had an awesome girl behind the bar serving us & she went above & beyond to accommodate my (annoying) food allergies. Favorite stop so far!

Ok I’ll be honest, this place and most of the staff was pretty cool. But there was one bartender who was just disrespectful and rude to some locals and customers for no reason. She was just a hateful person. It really seemed she hated local people. Or maybe she doesn’t like Hispanics. Whatever it was she doesn’t need to be a server.

Excellent atmosphere for date night or party scene with friends. Cocktails are well balanced and reasonably priced. Def worth tasting the goods then bringing home a bottle of Sotol.

Great place to hang and have drinks! Also had a great band while we were there.

Would have loved to try it but we were told they were closed at 9:55PM even though the google page says they are open until 12PM. You should probably update that

You have to go! The bar itself is a really nice spot with amazing service. I wish I remembered our bartender's name because she was awesome! The drinks were SO good and so unique. I totally recommend the Salty Dog. It's one of the best drinks I've ever had thanks to the pink peppercorn! They had plenty of merch and spirits to take home, so stock up while you're there. If we lived near Marfa, we'd be regulars.

Words are insufficient to express my passion for the frozen gin & tonic from The Marfa Spirit Co!!! To my EXTREME disappointment, they no longer have this drink of total summertime perfection! ?Please get a new machine & bring back the best drink I’ve ever had in my 60 year old life ! PLEEEEEASE ? ??I will be back in September & I will be dreaming of the drink until then!
