Decided to drop off my wild game to be processed on 12/03/23 the manager that was on duty came out I spoke he didn’t speak back just ask me what I want to do with my deer I ask him could I look over the processing listing he rudely tell me I should know what I want to be done. Just no patience so I just declined told him give me my game back and left.Told him my first time here and you don’t tell any customer what they should know what they want done already.Just flat out Bad customer service.

Been using them for a few years now and I have no complaints. Everytime I go it's super easy to unload the cow and get paperwork done!! My boy went with me on his birthday to pick up our cow and they gave him some jureks made Jerry and it was delicious!

We decided to take the long way back to Austin from Galveston and saw the sign for Jurek's Smokehouse on F.M. 1468. I got some ready to eat "slim jims" and some sausage to cook at home. OMG, so glad we stopped.
Now listen...I was born and raised in Pennsylvania...hunting and processing deer/game and livestock, all my life. Been here in South Texas for over 22 years and I've NEVER found anything as great as this awesome Smokehouse! I'm now a customer for life!

I honestly think you do not get your meat back and they tend to mess up on orders alot....I had 20lbs of slim Jim's made and when I picked it up...they gave us way more ground meat than we were expecting and it was frozen...they couldn't find our slim jims so they go to the back and come back with 10 packs of slim jims that were not frozen...when we got home I weighed the slim jims and it was less than 10lbs...So I think he gave our order away and gave us someone else's to make up for it.. my point is our order was wrong and not what we paid for!!
