The service was 💯 lacking customer service. At least 5 employees were there but our food set on warming shelf until 3 other customers submitted their order. Our order was on shelf prior to the other customers were at counter to give order. The bread on my burger was as if it had been microwaved… edges hard and inner part rubbery… the patty was as if it had been cooked 3 days earlier and was placed on grill to “reheated”. More than the poor food I watched as an employee decorated cakes in the eating area next to entry foyer. No gloves, no hairnet and out in the public eating area during operating hours.

I have to say this tiny town place made the best dude sandwiches, onion rings and vanilla coke we have had in a very long time. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. Great job guys!

The food itself was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The employee working on the food prep line seemed more focused on being “right” than on customer service—she wouldn’t honor the posted sign to upgrade a drink size and argued with another customer about the meat on their salad. My order (a chicken strips meal and a patty melt combo) took 30 minutes, and I had to ask for it after spotting it sitting in the window with cold fries. Disappointing experience overall.

What’s the point of this QR code if it’s gonna take me to the Dairyqueen Texas app which the employees said it doesn’t work anymore 🤦🏻♂️. And when the employee couldn’t figure out how to scan the QR code he literally waved me off! Those place should checked immediately, no wonder they have a 2.5 star review on help. Overall, terrible atmosphere and service. 🤷♂️🤦🏻♂️

Me and my children visited this Dairy Queen 8/23/25 and the Manager on shift name Shauna was very rude to the cashier. I paid with 100$ bill which was all I had and when he asked her for change she made a scene asking how much was my order and if it wasn’t over 85$ he shouldn’t have taken it. So I would've been denied service because all I had was 100$ bill? She’s was very unprofessional otherwise food was 10/10! We drive from Groesbeck Tx just to visit this DQ I may have take my service else where if this happens again! Next time put a sign on the dirt if it’s an issue with 100$ bill that’s ridiculous!
