Chelsea is the worst manager I have ever experienced. Rude and the workers like to play with people food. Had them remake my burger 2 times and said lite sauce they decided it would be funny to tell Chelsea to put extra sauce. Call the store was hung up on so I had to drive back to get a refund and Chelsea thought it was cute just to refund me back for the burger only when they got the burger and fries back. Only Marlin resident have to out up with poor service but lucky some of us can travel to get better service. I will contact corporate next

This is the problem with McDonalds restaurants on the highway: I go 99% of the times for takeout and keep driving. I ordered, it was wrong but realized it miles away from the restaurant, on top of that, the juices for the happy meals were not included. Part of this was indeed my mistake but they could definitely do better.

This McDonald’s can never get a simple order right. I go there all the time and get the same thing, and they always fail to get it right. I ordered a Big Mac, no cheese, add tomato, and they got the cheese part right but put mayo on it instead of the Mac sauce. Then when I showed the girl who took my order that it was wrong, she was acting like she couldn’t see what the problem was. She proceeded to get the manager, and I told her the problem. The old dark-red-haired lady (the manager) was very rude and dismissive and didn’t even want to hear my explanation about the situation. Then she didn’t want to give me a refund nor remake the sandwich. This place constantly gets orders wrong, and the associates and managers refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. Overall, 2/10👎🏾
