The manager Shay or whatever her name is needs to be fired and her crew retrained on customer service. They messed up my order and then refused to fix it unless I paid the difference. Sorry excuse for a sonic fast food joint.

Food was good. This location may have been slightly understaffed at this time of day, slightly slower service than a dozen other Sonic's I have been to lately. My attendant was super nice.

This is by far the absolute slowest sonic in the area. Every single time without fail, it takes for EVER to get your order brought to you. Especially if you use the app. Even for just a single drink you will wait minimum 10 minutes. I regret coming to this location every time I do. If you are in a hurry, do not stop here

Our carhop Samriyah was very rude and disrespectful. We asked a simple question and she was very crappy with her response. It took 45 to get food ordered online and the fries were stale, cold and stuck together. The slush was runny and watery. Very very rude and I will NEVER go to another sonic if that is how employees are allowed to treat customers.my club chicken sandwich was not toasted no bacon and had spit on it. Had to throw out a $10 meal.

This sonic definitely needs improvement. Customer service is OK not the best. It definitely a hit and miss with the service. The overall last few times my food is burnt and drinks taste like they are off. I really love sonic but this one needs help

I am very disappointed this has been a gradual decline. I had to order twice because my first sandwich was all wrong, so I had to complain on Door Dash but I really wanted the sandwich I ordered so I ordered again. I at least got the right sandwich but you can tell it was thrown together and not even made properly. It was suppose to be a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger but had no cheese. Then when I tried to call the shop directly instead of handling it through the Door Dash app, the phone has been taken off the hook and is busy. It is what it is but I will think twice before I order again from this location.
