I'm trying to find a number for an owner or manager for this store. This place is gross and disgusting and the young man who seems to be running it by himself has a terrible attitude. He dragged my sandwich through a bunch of cold food and garbage on the Shelf where they make the sandwiches. I couldn't really dare to have any vegetables added to my sandwich because they all looked in such poor condition. Didn't even hand me my food left it on the far side of the counter and walked off after handing me my receipt I had to reach across the counter and retrieve it not sure I'm going to eat it. Obviously he's doing no cleaning no one else is in there and the tables are gross and have trash and food debris on them.

My coworkers and I placed an online order from this location on 10/27. The clean cut young man who was working (alone) was incredibly efficient and professional - nothing like this location once was. We agreed that our sandwiches were the freshest and most delicious we have ever gotten from ANY Subway! Ever! Thank you so much! And please congratulate your staff member - he absolutely deserves praising! See you again soon!💜

Waste of my time....! Marlin Subway... Unprofessional and no good customer service.

I ordered online a few weeks back. I placed my order @ 15h00 for pick up at 18h00. That gives them 3 hours to prepare my order. When i got there, they haven't even started my order yet. Had to wait another hour for my order.

Today I ordered online again. Placed order at 15h00 for pick up at 17h30. Got there, and they had NO Bread... What the hell? How do you run a bussiness if you dont have the main ingredient....? And this happend to someone I know last week aswell...

There is always someone new working there, and they almost never get a order right.

The staff is incredibly rude and contradicting. They argued with me on what I ordered and then argued with each other on the sandwich line. It took everything I had not to just walk out. A protein bowl should have the meat sliced up as it’s a bowl, nope everything was in large chunks. The lady argued with me about what it was called demanding I was ordering a salad, when I just didn’t want bread. She argued with me about my choice of cheese when she decided she was just gonna make it how she wanted to. Then they didn’t even give me utensils for the protein bowl. The other lady at the register was in such a hurry she didn’t give me a chance to order drinks or cookies, and then had attitude when I asked for a bag to carry my order. Then said carry it from the bottom because the bag was so crappy you can’t use the handles provided. I’m 6 months pregnant trying to carry a bag of food and 3 large drinks, and the staff just went to the back and were no help, not even offering to help. So incredibly rude and they didn’t change gloves in between touching multiple customer orders. Awful customer service and rushing a paying customer but not even listening when they are told what you want.

Good place to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat. Located right next to Wal-Mart, they are a fast option if you have to get a sandwhich to go. I love their flat bread as well as their meatball sub sandwich. The representative that was on-site that day was very helpful and made my sandwich quickly.
