This place does fried chicken. And because it only does fried chicken and fish it's fried chicken is amazing. You can actually get chicken livers and gizzards here as well. Coupled with their cream gravy, well let's just say, the gravy knocks it out of the park!
Overall a great experience! We arrived close to closing. In which were unaware being from out of town. But he staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while we dine-in. They still were doing they're closing duties between attending to customers. The only reason why the food didn't get a five star was because the fish wasn't catfish. I assumed. I know. Great fried chicken. Made like mom used to make. My friend had the chicken fried steak with gravy. Great round steak (not Sysco). Texas size portions. Good Texas tea too. Friendly service. Good restaurant and good people.
