Bailey was absolutely terrible at service. She was passive-aggressive and had no patience with me at all. I don’t understand how 7 Brew’s motto is “cultivate kindness” when Bailey clearly cultivated a snappy attitude instead. She should not be taking orders anymore I never want her to take our order again. I would give the entire review 0 stars but that’s not possible, so I give it a 1.

Absolutely LOVE this location! Special shoutout to Annalis for always taking care of stuff and providing a great experience! Drinks always come out quick, and workers are always nice.
Went through the drive-thru and Cristal made the experience smooth from start to finish. She was friendly, efficient, and confidently suggested a drink that ended up being exactly what I wanted. The line moved quickly, my order was spot-on, and the service felt genuine—not rushed. Employees like Cristal are the reason people keep coming back.
