Hey....just as a customer. Came into your restaurant and NO One greeted us. The bartender was RUDE. However, the server Erika, with a K 😉was a complete gem. An absolute DARLING, definitely deserves a raise, praise and accolades!🌟

We waited for the person who seated us to finish her personal conversation with another employee. We sat at our table for 10 min and were not acknowledged. We moved to the bar and Randall served. He was helpful and took our order. All of the employees sat at a table in the corner of the bar. Randall warned someone not to do something because the healt inspector would not like it. There was not anyone who cared about their work except the Bartender. The food was ok but chicken extremely over salted.

Honestly was very disappointed overall. We came in for lunch and there wasn't very many people. We had ordered our food and I noticed 4 little bugs in my lemonade. Some of our food took quite awhile to come out despite few customers being there. And one of my buddies ordered bone-in wings and received boneless. He was very upset. The burger I had eaten barley had any taste. The only somewhat decent thing about the place was the server. As a former employee of this company im actually ashamed.

Apps were good, Tacos and wings. I ordered a bourbon stake rare. Its Applebee's stake so I never expect supper tender stakes. I had it cooked rare and it came out rare. Exactly how I ordered it cooked. Little on the tough side for the cut but it was fine and had gear flavor, I wanted a stake. The Pic showed it in a bed of onions and mushrooms but was delivered on 3 mushrooms and 8 pieces of onions. Not a problem because the manager came by 1 min after or meal was served and ask how was everything, I showed her their picture and what I got, she had them make me extra onions and mushrooms. Erica was supper nice and everyone kept checking on us as well. Not sure if it is under new management or whatever, it's working. Definitely will be back.

Got our drinks and ordered our meal and waited 40 minutes. Talked to a supervisor about the service and then left. Found out waitress was new. Unfortunate, we won't be going back anytime soon. It was a favorite spot.

Had to rate the food as a 4⭐️ because my meal was excellent, but my guest's was not! I highly recommend the chicken quesadillas! Huge portion, but I warn you that if you don't like purple onions, ask that they omit them. My guest had the Wonton Tacos and they were a little heavy on the sauce that didn't quite taste right. May have been just an off day. Our waitress was prompt and friendly and we were in and out in a jiffy!
