I did a drive-thru order tonight and was met with terrible customer service. Everybody has bad days but do not treat the customer like they are inconveniencing you to do your job. On top of that, it was a $50 order and the young man taking it forgot 4 different things after assuring me he got everything. Then when I went inside to get the rest of my food, nobody apologized, and both the window guy and cashier were just grinning. This is what happens when you have a staff only full of teenagers. Will not be going back.

The brisket was good. Had a very good smoke taste and was moist. The beans were just ok and the potato salad was not good at all. All I could taste in it was dill and mayonnaise. The young lady that waited on me was rushing me, this was my first time there, and rude. And no one was behind me so no need to rush me. I got my order to go and I feel like I wasted my $91.00. Don't think I'll be back. Customer service is crucial for your business.

I’m sitting in line waiting for my food. The guy puts on a glove playing with the broom with the other hand then gets my food, wraps my food up with both hands the hand with the glove and the hand that he was just using the broom with unbelievable disgusting there’s only four places that I eat at in Marshall this was top of my list and family when we have family reunions, we order from this place people need to do better in the food industries of hiring clean mindful people. If you were going to clean a kitchen don’t do it while making orders.

The Mac and cheese is really good. I hope you keep it on the menu. Limited time folks, its made with white cheddar. Oh and that pecan chocolate chip cookie. I hate i told yall enjoy though, we gotta support our community go get it.my combination plate was fire too the brisket really touched me. Everything was good though no bs from me on food.
