Service is usually great. Came here a couple months back and used Apple Pay and got our snow cones. Came back today and tried to use Apple Pay again and she said none of the Apple Pay orders have gone through. So we ordered and used cash. She handed us our snow cones and mumbled under her breath “next time pay up” she was mad and expected us to pay for last times because of her systems malfunction when I don’t even remember what we ordered a month ago. Terrible service lady is super rude.

We were really looking forward to a snowcone. Maps showed it opened at 11 but Bubba’s was closed and it was a little after that time. Not a big deal since hours on maps isn’t always correct. I pulled in to see if hours were posted so we could come back when they were open. We turned around and was about to pull out when another car pulls in blocking my only way out. The lady in the car starts pointing for me to go another direction (basically back up). I pointed for her to go the same route I did so I could just pull out. She rolls down her window, pulls up to my car and yells “this is my shop and I’m trying to get around and unload.” As I try to ask her a question she literally squeals her tires as she pulls away to turn around. I’m sure the snow cones are probably great, but I won’t spend my money where the owner is rude 🤷🏽♀️

The cones are delicious! $6.50 for a small and large with toppings. The toppings are not generous (eg .25 for 2 gummy worms). If you turn in to the drive-through when it's backed-up, expect to wait 45 mn. The walk-up window and parking lot are blocked so you have to use the drive-through.

Yesterday 5/2 we went to buy five ice creams the woman took very long to give us our order then when she gave our order to us she gave us five cones in the drink holder and as soon as she gave them to me they fell and i wasted 27 dollars and the woman didn’t bother to give us a refund

The snowcones are amazing. The flavors are endless.The drive through is at times Very long as she usually works alone. And the drive through once you are in it you are locked in! No way to exit except wait.
