I googled at 10:30 the store hours and found out they open till midnight... drove all the way there for their chicken bacon Swiss burger and these people were lazy to make it because they were gonna close...why stay open till midnight if u gonna shut down half the menu at10:30!!?? And if that's the case why not post that info online so ppl know not to drive all the way there in their night gown n slippers!!?? So not kool BK.

I wish they would make the food by order and not hold so much. A customer can tell when the food is not fresh. And please get rid of the tanks of ketchup. Customers don't trust that they are cleaned and restocked regularly. They certainly look gross.

Service was fast and friendly. My order was correct , hot and fresh. No complaints there. However, the drive through is very narrow and there is no way to get around the vehicle in front of you if they are waiting for several minutes for something. I had to sit and wait for at least 5 minutes because I was unable to get around the vehicle in front of me.

This place has become a dump, the workers are outside the restaurant talking and smoking The food is delivered cold and they have no respect for the customers and there is a lot of garbage on the floor.
