We ordered several sides. They were out of two of the sides and subbed them for fries no refund. Got order home and we only had 5 sides total and we were missing a hamburger. Went back and they would not remake the cold order but did give us all the missing food. Wont go back. We could not even eat the food we were given as the sides were all cold from the first attempt to get our food.

I went through the drive through and I was lucky that I even got the food I asked for um, uh, front fires were cold as soon as I got them, they didn't have any more sweet cream, so I didn't get that, but I had to pay for it. And I couldn't get a refund inner or anything for that through from them, because I had to go to the app and I can't do that without refunding my whole order. The lady in the drive threw caught an attitude with me when I asked how I was supposed to do the refund, without refunding my whole order. The manager was no help. I acted like it was okay but it was not okay. It was just a very rude and poor experience. I'm lucky that I even got all the food I ordered and then I had to sit there after I got all my food and I was like you're still missing my Dr. Pepper. She got more another attitude with me. Because of that, it was just a really bad and poor experience. And yeah, I do not like eating a burger king here because of these issues

My husband and I were in the restaurant a week ago. Went in to order the new Brisket Whopper. My husband ordered the Brisket Whopper meal, and I ordered the Brisket Whopper Jr. Meal. Got to our table and my husband's sandwich did not have any Brisket on it. They told him it was under the cheese. After looking it over, there was NO Brisket put on the sandwich. They remade one for him. It was dripping with grease. My Jr. was just a regular sandwich. We were told that the Brisket Whopper was not offered in the Jr. even though it was on the menu. The Jr. was also cold. Will not be going back.
