Crooks!!!! I left a $2 tip on a togo order and they changed it to an $7 tip. Who gets 33% tip on to go orders?! Y'all are dirty for that. I filed a dispute and now the tip will be ZERO. Don’t play with peoples money, especially when I was already courteous and left $2. Most people won’t even tip on Togo but I do. Not to mention when my husband I dine in places we are very generous cash tippers. This action is going to cost you business and it appears y'all already had a reputation for the EXACT thing that happened to me.

I absolutely loved this place. I can't eat sauces, which really suck, but I've learned to adapt throughout my life. With that being said I asked for angelhair pasta with olive oil or butter. The waitress wasn't sure what I was asking for so the chef came out. They knew exactly what I was asking for and man was I taken aback. They brought me my pasta with just a little butter and a small bowl of a garlic and olive oil mixture that was on point. Made me think of my grandmother. Thank you so much.

We came to Marshall to attend a funeral the next day. After checking into our hotel and attending the viewing we drove around looking for somewhere to eat. My husband saw this place and suggested that we stop. The restaurant had a warm, inviting feel with delicious smells all around. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. I had the vodka rigatoni and my husband had the lasagna. We both enjoyed our food immensely. My only regret is that I didn't add chicken to my pasta. For desert I had the tiramisu and my husband tried a canolli. They were both delicious. When the waitress brought us the check, my husband didn't look at it he just gave her the card. Then when the manager brought us the receipt she realized that our waitress didn't put our deserts on the check. She was really nice about it and said that she would take care of our desert even though we told her that we would gladly pay. Overall a wonderful experience during a sad time. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Cafe Italia is my “go to” for Italian food when I’m in the area. Everything I’ve had has been top notch. From pizza to lasagna to the seafood pasta you can’t go wrong, with the linguini and clam sauce (white) being a super stand out dish! Being from the north east I find it difficult to get good authentic Italian food when I’m down south here. Cafe Italia has thoroughly fulfilled my desire for a good Italian meal every single time.

HOT AND NOT GOOD! UNPROFESSIONAL AND OWNER IS RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!! My cousin booked a birthday party there for her daughter. When we got there the room that they put us in had no ac or if they did it wasn’t working for well. It was so hot in there and we had over 20 people in that room. The food was OK at best but none of us ever got drink refills, I don’t even think they asked if we needed any. Which we all did! When it was time to pay we had to go to the register and wait in a long line to pay and after leaving CASH TIP the OWNER confronted my cousin and said tips werent enough!! She scammed our whole party into more cash tips by shaming us at check out. We all had already left cash tips but she lied and said only credit card tips were left and it wasn’t enough. It was soooo EMBARRASSING!!! NONE OF US WILL EVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. You can tell this isn’t the first time or last. There is also a sign we saw when leaving that says waitress only gets paid through tips. Who does that? If I could leave less than a star I would because this place needs to be shut down.

They lost a lot of faithful customers because it isn’t good and it shows inflation has really gotten to them. It’s obvious they also talk crap about their customers in foreign language in front of you. Ruined our whole night that was suppose to be a special event.

I am very selective on where I eat and will search for highly rated places. I went against the grain and went with this 4.2 star rated spot as time was an issue, and the location was as well.
The food was awesome. The pizza was really a pleasant surprise as I did not have high hopes. And then the lasagna. A must try at all italian restaurants for me. The lasagna was great!
I went back to Google reviews to see how they only have a 4.2. There Alot of customer service type reviews. If the food is good, I can see through an inexperienced employee. The place is definitely at least a 4.5 for their food. Give em a try!

Oh my goodness! Chicken picatta was excellent!! So good, others had spaghetti and meat sauce and lasagna. Bread was out of site good.
