I absolutely loved this place. I can't eat sauces, which really suck, but I've learned to adapt throughout my life. With that being said I asked for angelhair pasta with olive oil or butter. We came to Marshall to attend a funeral the next day. After checking into our hotel and attending the viewing we drove around looking for somewhere to eat. My husband saw this place and suggested that we stop. The restaurant had a warm, inviting feel with delicious smells all around. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Cafe Italia is my “go to” for Italian food when I’m in the area. Everything I’ve had has been top notch. From pizza to lasagna to the seafood pasta you can’t go wrong, with the linguini and clam sauce (white) being a super stand out dish! Being from the north east I find it difficult to get good authentic Italian food when I’m down south here. Cafe Italia has thoroughly fulfilled my desire for a good Italian meal every single time.
