My Hometown Chili's in Marshall.Texas is the best. All the people that workel there are wonderful and the food is always fresh and hot and the drinks are strong.

Sat at the bar, service was good. The food fell into a box of salt. The Mozz bites and chicken strips that a Nashville hot are way to salt…Thank goodness the beer was cold!

Ordered Chili’s by Door Dash. The order was completely wrong. Upon receiving, I immediately called. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I was then placed on hold for 7 minutes and 22 seconds before it sounded like a manager got on the phone. After being asked what was missing, they remade the portions of the order for me to pick up. Refused to remake the whole order. So, the portion of order that was correct was very cold by the time it was eaten. The entire order should have been remade. I understand mistakes happen, but once having to visit the restaurant after paying for delivery, the least that could be done was the entire order be remade. Unacceptable!

I stopped in for to go food. While waiting I had a drink and an appetizer. Great place and good food
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service and filthy tables everywhere. Wait staff hid in the back and refused to come out . Dirty tables everywhere. So disappointing.

I want to love chili’s again. It used to be our go to place. The service was the best part of the meal and the burger bites were very good. The southwest egg rolls were just bleh and the chicken tenders were tough. Just not loving it again …yet.
Parking: HARD to turn into from 59. I’d recommend going the side road and cutting through parking lot to avoid the big drop off.
