Ordered Chili’s by Door Dash. The order was completely wrong. Upon receiving, I immediately called. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I was then placed on hold for 7 minutes and 22 seconds before it sounded like a manager got on the phone. After being asked what was missing, they remade the portions of the order for me to pick up. I want to love chili’s again. It used to be our go to place. The service was the best part of the meal and the burger bites were very good. The southwest egg rolls were just bleh and the chicken tenders were tough. Just not loving it again …yet.
Parking: HARD to turn into from 59. I’d recommend going the side road and cutting through parking lot to avoid the big drop off.

We came in and were taken to be seated immediately. I requested a relocation due to my son being special needs and I didn't want him to disturb anyone. They accommodated with a very friendly attitude! We were served by a super friendly waitress who gave us great service. The steak was on point tonight as well as the rest of the food we ordered. We were served quickly. Very enjoyable!
