This was a terrible experience. I took my boyfriend out for his 21st birthday and it just made him sad honestly. The portion was about the size of the side of fries (literally came in a fry basket) they give you at a fast food place. It was labeled $31 on the menu and came out to $40. Until I went up and asked if there was anything we could do because it was his birthday and he was not happy with it. The best they could do was give us the meal for $30 instead. It was cold and small. Definitely not fresh. One of the potatoes (out of 2 small potatoes) was undercooked and a small half cob of corn. Not to mention they had a table of all the employees sitting around with sonic cups and food from other places and a babydoll head on it just chatting away. Only getting up to take orders when people came in and then the food was ready right away. So the food was clearly not being prepared fresh and they were not cleaning. We’re not washing hands in between their hangout session and grabbing food. There was also no butter for the crabs potato’s and corn. And crawfish is seasonal. Don’t go. Save your money eat somewhere profession clean and kind.

Food was pretty good I liked the flavor on the crab and crawfish, but it doesn’t look like they wash their crawfish very well before boiling and they were slightly overdone making it difficult to peel. The main reason I’m not giving a great review is because the service was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. They stare at you like you’re a moron when you walk in to order. Several servers are sitting not doing anything, but you stand at the counter forever waiting for them to acknowledge you. I had to ask for utensils to crack my crab. All in all the food isn’t bad, but they realllyyy need to improve their customer service.

Worst crawfish I have ever eaten. The seasoning they use is WAY too salty. Threw away 90% of our order. Mushrooms were trash, too salty. Corn and potatoes were boiled but had no hint of seasoning. No kid options on the menu. Expressed my concerns to the staff, they just said sorry, knowing we were throwing it away. Wasted $45 and a stop on a trip just to try this busted crawfish recipe.

Also, bathroom was dirty and had no paper towels. AC was also not in working order.

Silver lining, they were playing good music.

Ordered a pound of boiled shrimp with corn and potatoes, so damn much cayenne or something hot we could not eat anything. When you come in the door you standing for a while trying to order while others are trying to pay to get out. Very unorganized. People go to Longview or Shreveport. You will more than likely just be pissed off. It's a costly and disappointing joke.

I ordered a to go order, “the 3lb special which comes with 3lbs of crawfish and 1/2 shrimp for $32 I think” I also ordered an extra pound of crawfish with 3 extra corn, with 3 cocktail sauce. When I received the order, I halfway checked the bag and noticed they didn’t give me any cocktail, so I ask the guy and he gave them to me. I didn’t realize that they only gave me one corn until I got back home and opened it. Then I thought, I’m going to weigh this, the whole bag with the shrimp weighed 2.7lb with everything else in the bag. So yeah I got screwed, but it tasted ok. Can’t call the place because phone goes straight to voicemail. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place, if the owner sees this and wants to make it right I may reconsider eating there again. The total was $45.55 with the added 1lb and 3 extra corn I didn’t get.

Slow night, super super seasoned food with no juice. Pricing and selections of seafood slightly weird but navigable. Service sub par. No disrespectful employees just takes them a little bit to get on the goodfoot. So far, wouldn't recommend but am willing to revisit because I'm a second chance person.

There was a snail, shell, and a spider in our food that cost $110 and the manager only gave us $13 back out of all of that.
