I used to frequent this DQ when I lived in TX. This weekend I (and dozens of other fans) watched the owner of this establishment, who was visibly intoxicated, aggressively put his hands on the woman sitting next to him at a basketball game. I will never be a patron of this DQ again.

The owner of this company, Jordan Giles, is an absolute lunatic. I think he’s possibly an alcoholic or drug addict? He will cuss you, threaten your life, lie to you, bully you, etc. I wouldn’t give a my last red cent you support this filthy excuse of human.
There were 2 male (white) employees horse playing in and around the ice cream maker when I was there. The other employees were VERY annoyed, embarrassed, and frustrated with the situation as the drive up was packed and lobby busy. I believe the one tall big white male employee may have been a manager. IDK how old is totally uncalled for at one point they both nearly fell down on the floor.

Absolutely a wonderful place to come in relax, and enjoy a delicious fresh hot cooked meal, or cold dessert. With the staff as wonderful as the menu I’m not sure why you’d choose anything else. Taco Tuesday specials every Tuesday, homemade ice cream sandwiches, Reno’s famous burgers! I could go on and on about how great I think these restaurants are, but don’t just take my word for it!! Come in and see for yourself, I promise you’ll be back!
only person here. ordered a shake and blizzard and still haven't recieved it. been 10 minutes . the worst
I’m not sure what happened to this DQ. When they first opened a few years ago, though super busy, the food was always hot and fresh. Lines were long, but the food was worth the wait. This has not been our experience the last few times we’ve been here, but tonight was the worst. For almost $17, we got one six piece steak finger combo with curly fries, and a drink - and did not upsize. We asked for the new DQ sauce so I don’t know if that was extra. Both it and the gravy were good and fresh. The drink and steak fingers were good enough. There were less than ten fries, and I’m pretty sure the toast was made this morning because we could have used it for a hockey puck it was so hard. Disappointing for almost $20! I will say the line moved fairly quickly and both the person who took our order, and the young lady who helped us at the window were very friendly.

Rolled through the drive-through just for a small fry. Unfortunately, the fries were cold. The young lady at the window was very sweet and professional.
