Got the ultimate hit bundle last night had pre ordered my food just to sit in line for 30 mins. They forgot to give me my food so I had to go back into the drive thru line and they gave me what looked like hours old pizza that was burnt. Then gave my my cinnamon sticks that’s were so hard I couldn’t even get them off the box. What a waste of $30 bucks my wings were even cold

The service is terrible n my mom is 83 it's noway she can walk to the end of a road to get her food n they have the nerve to blow the horn we don't live on side of road and tban y'all try to force a issue for tops noway bad service or kool
