I had to give it 1 star in order to post...definitely a NEGATIVE star!!!!1-16-26, a coworker went to grab lunch for us during a less than 30 minute lunch break. She spent about 15 minutes waiting for the order only to return to work with the order filled wrong. She read the order off her phone to the worker and they still got the order wrong. She called after work to let them know the order was wrong, only to be talked to rudely by one of the workers who went on to hang up the phone in her face. I personally will NOT spend ANY more money here.
For lunch we stopped in for a catfish plate and tenders meal. Our very informative employee let me know the fish would take approximately seven minutes to cook, not a problem as this ment fresh hot fish. As we waited for our meals I could see that the restaurant was very clean, smelled pleasant and the temperature was comfortable being that it is rainy and cold today. When our order was ready the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The only complaint would be that the fish filets were more like very small strips. Over all we will definitely return.

yesterday I went to golden chick everything looked so clean, there was a girl about 16 years old as cashier she was very sweet to us ! I love going here every staff is so nice! The food didn’t even take that long I love that.

Every single time I have had great service! Very nice staff that get you taken care of quickly. The food is great, I love that you can substitute your drink for a second side which is great if you want a little more for your buck and your eating at home where you have drinks you want. Ordering on the app is easy and helpful when it take you a minute for everyone to decide what they want and saves you some time waiting in line even though outside of the app I have never waited more then 3 minutes. 10 outta 10
Cold slaw wasn’t Fresh tasted bad and the gravy wasn’t fresh to thick and dark, mashed potatoes was thick and flakey…do better! I don’t feel like going all the way back to get a refund although I just might! SMH
