Always love stopping at Guccis! They have been a community staple most of my life. It’s always been the go to place for meals after sports game with the whole team. I’ve been to meetings there for our local chamber. Always a hit for mom and me dates my friends and their kids. You can get one free kids meal with one adult meal purchase. The buffet is great and they take request. The chocolate chip pizza is my FAVE! 🤤🍕

Disappointed can't even describe my experience. My order was take out. I was in town for Homecoming. I actually looked at reviews and it ranked it as one of the top 5 best... lies ? So do you remember the old school cafeteria lunch pizza ? that's what it tasted like? Also I overheard them tell a customer after he waited for a long time that they were confused on his order and he asked for a refund. To make matters worse, I couldn't even re-warm it up the next day ? My thoughts about the price..."I should've just ordered Pizza Hut."..."I should've gotten a hot n ready."..."CiCi's would've been better. " I wouldn't recommend Gucci literally go to Little Ceasars you will have more luck.

Bland, little bit less than average place. The pizza was just about lukewarm when I went to grab it. Italian sausage lukewarm, going on cold. Lasagna was pretty good and hot, everything else was just meh. Stop in if you’re hungry and just want to fill up on a buffet. But if you’re looking for something exciting and higher quality, take a pass. Also, not to rag on this establishment, but the staff loiters around. I wasn’t greeted by anyone until this nice girl came up to situate me as I was halfway down the restaurant. Overall, a 2 star buffet, a little bit pricy for what it is, but you can eat your heart out at least.

20 dollar pizza buffet. Pizza looked like it all sat there all day. There were like 6 different pizzas choices and the food was just awful.

I was expecting other Italian foods, The spaghetti sauce was overly sweet and the noodles were mushy. The lasagna tasted like it was a frozen one front The store.

Just went to Gucci’s Pizza in Marshall. Usually love this place. Not tonight. Very little pizza on the buffet and what was there was burnt. When we asked about getting pizza on the buffet we were told it would be an extremely long time. Ate salad and left. Then they wanted to charge $33.00. When we said ”for no pizza on the buffet” they decided to charge $19.00. All pizza coming out of the oven was burnt. They said the top oven was out and so they were using the bottom oven which they never use and all the pizzas were coming out like that. To go orders were being prepared but nothing for the buffet. Sad.

We got there for lunch about 1:35 and all got the buffet option to eat (5 of us). We got our first plates, and you could tell the pizzas and salad had been sitting out since the beginning of lunch. They were cold and looked like they had been sitting there awhile (ex: salad looked partially wilted from sitting out). That’s bad enough but then they closed down the buffet and threw away the pizzas while we were still eating! Guess we didn’t need the buffet of cold pizza… apparently the buffet closes at 2pm. We didn’t see that listed anywhere online. They also list the buffet as $12/person but we paid $15/person. Several other prospective customers came in while we were there, were told the buffet was closed, and then immediately left. The staff, although polite enough, seemed in a hurry to clean and close up shop so they could leave. Also, not that I have a problem with the staff eating the pizza, but don’t grab it and eat it right where the buffet is and where customers can see you. Overall, me and my family will not be back. We paid a lot to eat there and did not get our money’s worth and felt rushed to leave.

Reserved private dining area for my mother's birthday. Buffet and salad bar fresh with specific pizzas upon request. Server was new, friendly and did an excellent job! We were very pleased.
Vegetarian options: Veggie options on buffet with others available upon request. Good salad bar.
Terrible service after being a customer for decades

I have been going to Gucci's for 25 years. In the old days you could count on Mr. Gucci to greet your table with his thick accent "how are you my friends". He made everyone feel welcome as his family worked in unison to provide a great meal.
Although Mr. Gucci has retired and the new owners are unknown the food quality is just as good and the service still holds to high standards.

My mom wanted to take me here to try their olive pizza (I love olives). It wasn’t on the buffet when we first got there but some was put out after my first serving of lasagna. It was really good! The server made sure my water was always full and gave my seven year old a cup with a lid (usually I have to ask at restaurants but they did it automatically). Right as we finished eating the power unexpectedly went out! It was out for the entire block! They were so apologetic despite it not being anything they caused or could do and even said we could just pay what cash we had but we had more than enough. Definitely will be back
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free for buffet age seven and under. We went on a weekend so I don’t know their specials but they didn’t charge for my child.
